I liked that it was a self-check in and out through a lockbox, they left detailed information as well as a helpful email to access the room. The comfort of the room and all its amenities were wonderfully thought out for a traveler's needs. I enjoyed the local neighborhood feel.

It was a bit loud due to its vicinity to the airport, but no flights after 10pm so not that bad. It was a bit far from the main city of Chiang Mai so if you don't rent a scooter or have a car, you'll have a long walk or need to take Uber or Bolt to get to and from the city center.

The check in process is super smooth, they will send you message in advance. Mainly all rooms has a balcony, so you can sit at balcony enjoy the view. The towels are clean and smelled super nice. My room has a fridge, and in that fridge, there's bottled water in there.

The door to the rooms were all wooden and hard to open at times. The location is in a narrow alley, but it's definitely fine, calling grab car or grab bike is super convenient.

Lovely comfortable, clean room with own balcony. Situated nearer to the airport, so perfect for layovers.

Grab needed to get into the town, however this is not really an issue! Was a little tricky to find the owner and my room but managed this within 5 mins, so no problem at all!

Very clean and comfortable. Enough facilities and functioning, good lightning, cutlery which was handy for Grab order, good working airconditioning, nice soft bed, and TV with Netflix, but I only found out when I had to leave. Shower also nice, and clean.

The cushions in the sere/balcony where dirty. Should get a new fabric before I like to sit there. The shower could not get very warm. I personally rather had a normal balcony, but the wooden windows give it a cozy appearance. Lot's of airplanes flying over the house, at night it's okay. Not really exciting view

Good location. Felt very private since there's not that many hotels around & it's off the main street. Didn't have my scooter or a car but it's not a problem in Chiang Mai since Bolt & Grab App are super available there. Walking distance to cafes and stores which are a bit more quiet than the ones in the old town. Room was nice and spacious, everything was clean. Nice little balcony.

room is beautiful, clean and neat, the bed was sooo comfy.

little bit loud, you can everything from outside like cars, motorbike, opening and closing doors. and it’s little bit far from old town. it’s good if you have your own transport.

The room was nice and clean, the shower was also good. And the check in was very easy.

A few times an hour an airplane came over but there were no nightfligths so we slept well

quiet street, easy for grab driver to find. nice looking room, strong AC

noise coming from laundry room connected to us. couldnt sleep in. bad smells and construction work noises coming from same door. gates off balcony squeak and wake you up early. bed hard as rock
