We loved the convenient location, the super clean and comfortable rooms, the Kokotel sheep branding everywhere that always made us smile, and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. All staff were great in making sure we were pointed in the right direction, especially for the food options they had on hand. Joe and Nook were especially helpful in getting us checked out. We will definitely be coming back and will be on the look out for other Kokotel locations in other cities :)

We knew going in, but the Nimman area is very close to the airport so the sound of air traffic is real. While we didn't use them, we appreciated Kokotels basket of ear plugs if you wanted them at the reception desk.

The employees are very caring and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok, but it was so busy that Buffett and waiting for orders was challenging.

It’s very kids friendly, I had to change rooms because I had a crying baby next to me. This place is perfect for families, but the hotel should allocate separate floors for solo travelers and families. Also the planes taking off from the near by airport are a bit annoying.

Location was close to restaurants and shops. They had a water dispenser which was great. Staff were friendly. The place was clean and safe.

Layout of room could be improved on. We had a family room with one bunk bed and two single beds. The TV is in an odd position but it wasn't an issue for us since we were out mostly. Breakfast buffet isn't a big spread too but I was happy with it.

The location is amazing, however the property doesn’t offer many of the parking, if you come to stay during the holidays season like Songkran, you probably need to wish yourself a luck to get the spot. However overall was amazing the room is clean, nice location and amazing places to stay

Not offer enough parking spaces

Parking was a breeze, check in was fabulous, breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable, room was massive and passed my finger swipe cleanliness test. Thank you to the cleaners they are doing a great job out there

I had to think hard but i thought of one. There are pot holes in the road to get from car park to Nimman Hemin Rd

The location was ideal to access. Many public transports and eatery within walking distance. The accommodation was per value. Very nice and helpful staff. The environment was clean and comfortable

Perfect hotel. Has car parking, cafe opens 24 hours, room has clean and good smell. Water pressure is great. In the room has safety box, mini fridge (not minibar fridge) and the location is in the alley but in walking distance not far from Nimman Soi 12. I will definitely back

Hard to find parking lot, Wifi didn’t work at all even connected already, Too small air-conditioner for the room making it’s too hot under the blanket, Have to fill up drinking water by yourself outside of your room, Confusing when checking in since the hotel front desk looks more like a cafe.

Spacious room space fully equipped with everyday life. We got the room with living area and dining table so it's good for our group. Breakfast is good with one main dish of your choice and other varieties you can eat.

A little too small of guest bathroom. Parking is limited. We checked in late at night and lucky us that we can take the last spot for our car.
