I had a King room, non-smoking. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Comes with a kitchen area and a living room area that are separate from the bedroom. Service is decent and the hotel offers a nice airport shuttle service to pick me from the airport.

The timing of the airport shuttle service is limited. When checking out, the service was not available to bring me to the airport at 9.30am, which was disappointing. Fortunately, the local Grab ride hailing service is available to bring me there. It was also cheaper than the hotel transport.

Proximity to the fun Nimman area. Walking distance. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had most amenities if you like a kitchen, balcony and nice seating area. Lovely view of the hills. Pools were great for lap swimming. Gym was decent with some pretty well maintained machines, cardio equip, free weights and stretch area. It’s a large hotel so, easy to feel privacy.

It was odd that the room had a rice cooker but no toaster, a space for a washer but no washer, and no wash clothes only face towels. Also, the gym offered no sweat towels, only beach towels. Breakfast buffet was adequate but dull.

A modern, clean hotel with great gym and pool. I got upgraded to a one bedroom and it was excellent , good space, big TVs and a couch and washing machine etc. I hadn't stayed in this area before and had stayed in old town. I much prefer this area for bars and restaurants. The hotel was a great stay and wish I had stayed longer.The staff were all very nice and helpful. One last thing the breakfast buffet was 10/10 and believe me in the last two months of travel it was one of the best with cheeses, proper sausages and the best pastries as they were so fresh.

Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of selection. Staff were superb... and very mannerly. Special thanks to receptionist Cherita W who organised the most beautiful cake as a gift from the hotel to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. A lovely thoughtful touch. Our room was huge with a fridge freezer, 2 ringed hot plate, microwave, plates cups saucers kettle, everything you could need on a holiday. The pool area and hot tubs were very welcome on a hot day in Chiang Mai. Sauna and steam room also available but didnt use them. Quiet and comfortable

The smog was very bad while we were there. It caused us having to leave the pool area as it was stinging our eyes. It had also made its way into the corridors of the hotel. Thankfully it didnt reach our rooms. Not the hotels fault but am sure its keeping tourist away from Chiang Mai

The hotel is conveniently located near the central, being accessable to the mail shopping mall and eateries easily. In a couple of minutes, you might also get to spas and wellness centers with some choices, from which you are definitely be able to choose your favourite one. The most importantly, the price was favourable while the service was professional. We like the surrounding and its environment, particularly the library next to the main building, which enabled us to enjoy a peaceful mement before leaving.

It would be better, if the variety of food for the breakfast was richer and different day by day while the staffs serving the guests seemed not enough.

Location is verey good and the ammenities that Kantary has close to the main Hotel is very nice, the coffee shops, bars, etc, all Kantary owned. Nice.

This trip the breakfast was not great due to renovations in the main restaurant where breakfast buffet is served, i think.

We.had a wonderful 2.week stay in one of the one bedroom suits. It was ideal for.our family of three. Breakfast is very varied and delicious, the main pool.is.wonderful.and staff were kind and attentive.

I like the Nimanhaemin area due to the number of restaurants and quick access to the Super Highway. Since I was there on business with a car, the hotel location is convenient. Unless I stay at boutique hotels, this is where ai normally stay when in Chiangmai. It’s my old, reliable hotel.

The room, kindly upgraded to a suite with living room and kitchenette, has a distinctively “aged” decoration, possibly from the Nineties. For example, the flat-panel TV was from the earlier generation right after projection technology ended, with about four inches in thickness. The hotel also caters to business conferences which my organizations were their clients at least twice. The morning breakfast crowd reminds one of Biblical swarms of locusts descending on wheat fields.

We happened to visit during songkran and we were upgraded and the room was very nice. The location was perfect for us since it wasn't in the old town so we didn't have to worry about the traffic from the holiday.
