I was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a more spacious room without even asking! While the design is somewhat dated, it still provided all the comfort and cleanliness you’d expect. The hotel’s location in a vibrant yet quiet area was perfect for enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep during the bustling Songkran festivities, with easy access to nearby shopping centers when needed. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. It was simply unparalleled—offering a spread more delightful and extensive than any I’ve experienced in even the most upscale hotels. An absolute feast that was a joy to indulge in!

It is the last building on a dead end road, so it was quiet at night, which was nice. The hotel has an old European charm to it and was very cozy and comfortable. It is situated in the Nimman area which is a whole area filled with wonderful restaurants, shopping, and massage and other services. It’s just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the large fancy mall with high end brands and to a huge shopping center called 1 Nimman which is also a hoping place for music, food and shopping to your hearts content.

Good location near to the airport (you will get flights noises from time to time), friendly staff, good building, clean tidy as you'd want and expect. Bed on the harder side for me but my wife was more than happy being a Thai herself. Would happily use again.

For me the breakfast wasn't worth the additional value but it is a good spread with some options. Im sure I'm in the minority who wasn't too fond of it.

The room was spacious and relatively well equipped with a hot water taureen rather than a kettle and fridge. The room did have a minor bug issue with little flies in the bathroom and bedroom during our stay. The location was good at the end of Nimman well set up to spend time within the neighborhood.

The breakfast was predominantly meat based and only one hot drink at breakfast was limiting. The room was clean but did have bugs and felt in places a little tired out. Staff were friendly but unable to help with many queries.

Breakfast was amazing, with different options. Although the breakfast time was mentioned as until 10:30 am, some of the options were unavailable after 10. Location is not great for travelling, but it is near the airport. The room was very comfortable, and room service was excellent.

Some of the staff could not communicate well in English.

We truly had an amazing experience at this hotel as they accommodated us as a muslim couple very well. Provided halal breakfast everyday. Free upgrade to the biggest room, because we stayed long here. Hotel was conveniently in the middle of the city which are all walking distances away. Hotel interior colours were all beautiful pastels. Best hotel experience so far!

- Beautiful property, unique with vintage style hotel. - Huge room customized with everything that is required during the stay. - Location is great with a few bars, restaurants & massage spas in the vicinity. - Private car parking space with security guard to guide you during night hours. - Polite, courteous and approachable staff. - Hi-Speed Wi-Fi connectivity. - House keeping was carried out daily and the room was immaculately set. - Comfortable bed & huge washroom with all toiletries. - Breakfast was humongous with huge variety of meals. 8-9 hot meals from various parts of thailand which included rice, soups, etc. (100% NON VEGETARIAN). Every dish had meat, chicken or egg). ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION AVAILABLE FOR VEGANS EXCEPT FOR WHITE BREAD & JAM.

Just one feedback on the breakfast selection options. My wife is a vegetarian and all the 8-9 hot meals were non vegetarian meals. Even the salads had egg or fish. Only white bread slice was available for her as even fried rice had eggs in it. It is suggested to atleast have 1-2 vegetarian dishes out of the 12 dishes displayed for breakfast.

Excellent hotel and the best place I've stayed in Chiang Mai. Staff were only too willing, friendly, and helpful. They upgraded me to a suite for free! The hotel is in the middle of everything, including nightlife! Bars, restaurants, shopping, and buzzing markets. I will definitely be staying here again, and I highly recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone.

Absolutely nothing!

Room was clean and comfortable - bedding and towels were changed daily. The location was good for exploring locally and going to the Old Town to visit the temples.

Breakfast was average for Europeans but extensive on the Asian menu. Loud airplanes overhead as very close to the airport. Bring earplugs!

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with beautiful decor. The breakfast options are abundant and diverse, ranging from classic American fare to traditional Thai dishes like noodles, along with an array of fruits and delectable desserts. We particularly adore the charming Northern Thai style decorations throughout the establishment.

The only downside was that the room appeared a bit older than we had anticipated.
