everything! price was excellent for everything we got! breakfast was great. loved the fresh fruit! especially the dragon fruit and longan. loved the spicy thai breakfast as well as toast and cereal! the rooms were so spacious and loved the decor. loved the pool and that we were provided pool towels. the shampoo and conditioner was also excellent. had everytbing we needed. and the staff especially the young lady at front desk was so kind and helpful! Bolt or Grab the easiest way to travel from the hotel. airport only 10-15 mins away. 7-11 next door with ATM ans also local eatery. will be back again !

The rooms are truly spacious and clean! Excellent location – just a short walk from 7/11 and many lovely cafés (I highly recommend No.39 Cafe and TEDS Coffee & Eatery, located right next to the hotel). Every morning, you can enjoy a great buffet breakfast with something new each day. The staff is incredibly attentive and will do their best to fulfill your wishes. The pool is refreshing. A very pleasant stay! Highly recommended. 😊

The only one small downside was the smell from the drain below our room. We stayed at the very end of the hotel, right above the kitchen and possibly a cleaning room, with a drain located under the bathroom window, which emitted an unpleasant odor. However, it wasn’t bad enough for us to consider changing our room.

The space is large. Great for small families

breakfast was not memorable. the only eggs on offer were poached eggs sitting on the buffet, these looked quite rubbery. there was very limited fresh fruit available at breakfast. breakfast options can be improved

Good looking structure, nice and spacious rooms (acceptable bathrooms) and a good variety for the salty breakfast. The swimming pool was definitely a plus!! Very kind staff, always ready to satisfy any request.

Bedroom sheets a little bit dirty and stained, but if you ask they changed them immediately. The only serious downside for me was the lack of WiFi (there are two of them but apparently none has an internet connection, maybe was a temporary problem…). Lacking in sweet breakfast.

Very warm welcome, amazing staff from the reception and support staff, very helpful and we all felt like at home. They told us where to drop off clothes for cleaning, where to go hiking, how to catch a ride. Rooms are huge, swimming pool for kids and us to relax in (they even provide towels next to the pool) and sitting area so we could play cards in the evening. Remote so it is quiet and peaceful. Would recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a nice variety of options. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The room was clean, and the street was quiet, and within easy walking distance to Wat Umong. There were shops that sold food and necessities in the vicinity. Overall a great hotel.

We loved the hotel because the rooms are large, clean, the pool was very clean, the breakfasts are delicious without thinking we would stay at the hotel again. Is a comfortable place for family.

The internet on the TV was slow, but I think that is the least important because our goal was not to watch TV.

The night staff employee was wonderful when my Booking.com account accidentally booked a second room - he recognized the error and helped me cancel the second booking without charge. The housekeeping was excellent, even though we had several kids who got sick and made a lot of extra laundry for them. Really exceptional.

Would have brought an HDMI cord because it was difficult to stream from our devices and the available channels were all in Thai.

The room was large and very clean. The pool was great and the breakfast was lovely. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Scooter hire was available.

Nothing to do with the hotel but encountered loud banging noises from the floor up above late at night. The suites are a distance from Old city so transport is recommended.
