Good location close to the airport. Around 3km away from Old Town. Around 100-120 baht in. Grab. The staff were nice and would bring us fruit or mango sticky rice treats when we were e hanging around the hotel for the day. A nice clean pool - albeit very cold! They could see we were drinking lots of water so provided us extra without asking. A great food market around the corner with enough variety for it to rival any of the bigger ones.

The only issue for us was that noise travels very easily through the building. We were in a poolside room and could hear the person above us marching around like they were in the infantry. Other than that, it's all good

A fabulous small boutique hotel very close to the airport. The room outlooked with balcony straight onto the swimming pool. Breakfast is simple but served to order on the balcony. Really nice and helpful staff. Just up the road is a decent Thai food market with loads of local eateries, street food and restaurants which was great. Also Chiang Mai Direct supermarket and 7 eleven is only a few minutes walk away. perfect for a night before our flight.

In other boutique hotels complimentary drinks and snacks are provided, however here these were chargeable in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed this small boutique hotel. Hotel Staff were so friendly and helpful to navigate the local tourist attractions etc. Loved the pool access room. Walking distance to ATM, general store and Airport Plaza shopping centre. Short taxi ride to Airport and Old Changmai and even though we were close to airport we could not hear planes overhead.

The only thing I would add would be a Bar and room service. Only meal available was breakfast. However saying that - it was easy to have meals delivered by GRAB and there are so many restaurants within a taxi ride in Chiangmai and Old Chiangmai

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in traditional style, spotlessly clean, and very homely. The staff are exceptional, very kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was always made fresh, and we often had 2nd and even 3rd helpings. Great location for exploring, only a 5 minute walk from the mall, 10 minutes drive into the city, and immediate access to all the major roads to go site seeing. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. 10/ 10. Well done and a big thank you for making us feel welcome.

What a gorgeous little gem! We walked there from the airport (just under 25 mins), the surrounding loacale is pretty suburban, even a bit run down but then you find this hotel & it's just stunning!! The traditional woodwork & tiling inside & out is really beautiful!!! The staff are super sweet and welcoming. The room is really nice with a bargain mini bar, super comfy bed and lovely balcony looking onto the pool. The pool was tip top!!

Beautiful hotel in traditional style. With the pool it was a great place to relax, and remarkably quiet. Close to the airport so ideal for stopover, but also easy to get into the old town. Near a large shopping centre with food court and to a convenience store, so can get whatever else you want. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and arranged transfer back to airport. Breakfast was extra, but still cheap, and the grilled pork skewers with sticky rice were so good I kept ordering them and didnt try anything else! Will happily stay there again next time I am in Chiang mai.

Bed could have been a little softer.

Such a beautiful place! The staff is amazing, the kindest people I have encountered in Thailand! Everything in the holtel is made of wood which makes it extremely cozy!

The only downside would be the noice- it’s very easy to hear the neighbours even if they have a quiet conversation. That is quite annoying, but other than that it’s perfect!

Room was amazing. Bed so comfortable and staff so accommodating. The staff went out of their way on multiple occasions and their English was better than expected for a small and wonderful boutique hotel. The poolside rooms are incredible and the pool was great also. The water wasn't as clear as you would expect but that's because of the cleaning agents used, so I can't really complain. The pool IS clean. We were allowed to bring our own friends and family to swim in the pool as well, even though they didn't stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an old style that represents Chiang Mai well, and is located near too a great shopping mall, and 10 minutes or less from the main city. Nice and quiet with no interruptions should you want to just relax.

Breakfast was limited but it's Asia, so don't expect a full English! The breakfast was nice though, just so you know. Plenty of other places if you need.

Wonderful place, exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly, well managed. Large clean room with direct pool access. So peaceful. I very much appreciated the easy walking distance to the wonderful Kadmanee Market as well as the Rimping supermarket from the hotel. Will be happy to stay here again.
