The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good. The pool on the roof was a nice add on. The location suited my needs extremely well. Also there are wonderful cafes and a jazz club around and a daily not overcrowded night market where mainly locals go and the prices are low.

The cleanliness must be improved - just after check in I found hairs of guests before in multiple spots in the room and bathroom. The AC is extremely loud - I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep and I am not a sensitive sleeper.

The hotel has breakfast available (we did not pay for it so we cannot say much about it) also included coffee, matcha, and hot chocolate machine at the reception which was amazing. There is a night market every night only a 3 minute walk away and this feels like a very local market hardly any tourist, feels a place to hangout. There is no much else to do around rather this is a great hotel instead for being close to the airport and a peaceful stay.

Near to Shopping mall (Central Airport - where you can find lots of restaurant there!) and very close by to Chiang Mai Airport, you can go by walking. Stuff is very kind.

The curtain doesn’t good at sunlight protection so we woke up from sunlight that pass through it, quite annoying if you need to wake up late. Also bath room, the shower quite hight pressure and inside the bath a bit narrow so the water spilled on the floor at the dry zone.

Great location, quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. Near the airport and Chiang Mai immigration as well as the airport plaza mall (if you're that way inclined). Also, a nice little walk to the nearby night food market - lots of snacks to be had. The staff were lovely and helpful. Also, LOVED the 24/7 access to the coffee machine for all guests. Convenient location near Central Airport Plaza and airport. Also nice to have a rooftop sunbathing terrace with pool. Small necessities sold at reception and 24hr free coffee and tea at reception

Breakfast was very basic, but what can you expect for THB 150 p.p. Choice of a few options for hot dish to be cooked to order, plus some fruits, salad, toast and rice soup on the buffet. Very friendly staff

I have been in Thailand for 5 weeks. This hotel is by far the best value for money. The bed is terrific, the shower is hot and amazing with a generous supply of shampoo and body wash gel. The air conditioner s good, the room size is good. Reception is helpful. I liked the bed so much that I extended my stay another night.

We needed a hotel close to Chiang Mai airport for our early flight the next day. The hotel was near 2 mins away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice little pool on the roof of the hotel, which i felt was a nice bonus for the price and location. Good nights sleep, quiet and clean. We would definitely stay there again. There was a night food market just around the corner, which was really nice, highly recommended. Plus, shops for water and any other items wanted. Highly recommended.

For being near the airport it doesn't get much better than this. Surprisingly quiet at night, the staff were polite and everything was fairly clean although a bit worn. The bathroom and shower were good, and the beds were comfortable.

The AC blows in the opposite direction of the beds so it can feel hot at night. The design of the rooms is industrial which doesn't feel very welcoming. Also, I tried to ask the staff about the cheap songteaw (taxi) service that runs around the city streets but he wanted to call me a private taxi instead... he said the songteaw only ran in the city center, but it actually stops near the hotel at the shopping mall across the way. For early morning flights you can actually just walk all the way to the airport in ~10 minutes.

I think it was 15-20 min walk to the airport which was doable even with a big backpack. There’s a 7/11 on the way to the airport if you keep walking on the right side of the road so you can get your breakfast there :) the pool is nice. The room is nice, exactly what we needed.
