Convenient location for the airport. Staff very helpful. Nice rooftop bar.

Room was a little “tired”. Would have liked more selection for breakfast items. A shuttle bus to the old city would be appreciated.

Everything was perfect and made us feel like home. Breakfast was wonderful and we had a lot of choices.

Although the place are near the airport, but are a little far from the downtown area.

Room was nice and cozy, not too big but well-designed with good separation of each section. The atmosphere around the hotel was beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was nice with everything you could order, and the coffee shop was good. However, the staff were not very friendly.

Reception was quite annoying! She stopped me every time I walked past her counter, asking questions in an impolite way and not being satisfied me at all. I would say she was not professional and seemed poorly trained.

The S class suite is very spacious and comfortable. Love the outdoor terrace and outdoor bath tub. Good size fridge, comfortable living area too. The breakfast has good spread. The staff is always helpful to cater to our requests and needs. Feels like home away from home.

The shower head did not have consistent flow of warm water. The outdoor terrace could be cleaner.

nice room- bedroom and living room and kitchen. all separate from each other. that was nice - the food at the restaurant was quite good. The folks working there were very friendly too.

location to airport is great but it is not very close to the city center -- you can walk to it - but a bit sketchy at times with traffic. but overall this was a pleasant stay,

The staff is very helpful and professional The location is very close to shopping mall as well the Chiangmai International Airport. The room is very comfort and well clean. The breakfast is varieties as well the dinner is very delicious and remommend. And very sure in the near future I will come back again. Love to stay here and enjoy.

Travelling from the airport to this hotel is very close, good location with shopping mall (Central Airport Plaza) Very helpful staff with smiling. Tidy room with full facilities. nice breakfast and varieties. many areas in this hotel you can take a picture with the nice scenery. Recommend this hotel for travelling in Chiangmai

If you want to explore the surroundings on foot, it is not good to walk at the street. If you relax on the pool when the restaurant is open, people eating can watch you.

Fantastic hotel - loved the greenery all around us. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly, food at restaurant and breakfast was good. The hotel is slightly outside of old city so be prepared to take a grab, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes.

Fantastic restaurant, bar, great personal a nice relaxed park! Very close to airport. Large rooms.

Walls and windows are super thin and you can hear everything outside and inside… kitchen is missing knifes and cutting board and cutlery.
