There is everything to like and love about Peppery Hills. Most of all the staff. We checked in at 2am and were treated like VIP guests immediately. The hotel displayed all its activities it provides at reception and makes it really easy for you to book whichever experience you want to enjoy... with a guest discount! All include pick up and drop off service free of charge. The room was exceptionally clean and neat with lots of storage space. The breakfast was delicious, very similar to a full English breakfast. But most importantly I cannot stress this enough, Management and staff were incredible and amazing. They always greeted us with smiles and made it a priority to see to it that we were more than satisfied with our stay. A special thank you to Toey the manager who treated us as valued family members and made us feel important and well taken care of through out our stay. We left with the biggest smiles and were truly humbled with the exceptional customer service we received. Thank you Toey and staff for making Chiang Mai an incredible experience.

The staff are attentive and provide whatever we need. Breakfast provided and we can order food before 2pm. The swimming pool area is nice too.

The soundproof issue: I can literally hear what's going next door... I read some comments regarding the noise issue before I booked this hotel, but thought it wouldn't be that bad. It turned out the wall is really paper thin and I needed to wear ear plugs to sleep. But luckily I was affected only a few days as some of the days the room next door was vacant. And there is a school nearby. They do assembly annoucement and singing with microphone... If you plan to have more sleep and get up late, it's not going to happen during the school days. This is the only thing I dislike. I still appreciate this hotel in general.

First of all, the type of meal was simple, but it was a very good breakfast for a Korean. The hotel was very clean and well organized professionally. In particular, the hoteliers' professional response and kindness were superior to any hotel I have ever visited. Of course, the hotel was a little outside the city center, but there was no problem with moving through grabs. Overall, it is a hotel with good reason to recommend it to anyone with confidence. It is a great hotel.

We were immediately met by the most friendly staff we’ve encountered yet! Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, light, clean and comfy, with the best hot water shower we’ve had in Thailand. The pool was a good size and was a nice place to relax without feeling overcrowded. The location was a bit further outside the main square of the city, so the area was peaceful and not overly touristy.

The breakfast was good, but lacked a few key bits (tea, muesli/granola), and could have done with some signs as to what some of the dishes were. The location despite being away from the main areas does mean it’s quite a trek to the temples and main streets but you can easily Grab there.

The staff at the hotel are so welcoming and friendly, they were very helpful from check in to check out and were the absolute highlight of my stay. The room was lovely and spacious with a really nice bathroom, and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is great, a good variety of Thai and European hot food, with cereal, yoghurt and fruit as well. Location is very close to the airport, and about 10 mins on a scooter (available to rent at the hotel) to Chiang Mai old town.

My only issue is that y he hotel itself is quite noisy. The walls are thin and you can hear adjacent rooms. The halls are very echoey, so much that a door closing on another floor sounds like it’s the room next door, and doors closing on your own floor sound very loud. There’s also a school next to the hotel which plays music very loudly in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper then this may affect you.

As someone who has been traveling alot i can say this friendliest and the best place we ever stayed at. Shoutout to the staff that made our stay memorable. The location is is easy to get to by bolt, just 10min from Airport or 8 min to nightmarket but it is walkable. 7 eleven is near and there is small noodle shop just down the road. The hotel also can help you with guide tour with discount, rent a bike or shuttble bus to airport for free. We planned to stay just for 5 night but we stayed 1 extra more night and it was worth it. Would definetly stay here again when we visit Chiangmai next time.

Wow what a place. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed here. It's probably a little more on the pricey side for the average backpacker, but we felt the stays closer in to Chang Mai to be similar if not more expensive. Breakfast is a buffet that is great to fill up on and the pool is the nicest and cleanest we have used on our travels around SEA so far. We also got a room upgrade FREE of charge because we had booked a twin room and the only double available was a deluxe. If you want a couple days to recharge then this the place!
