Wow! What an incredible hotel. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Staff very friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to help. Luxury at a great price for what you're getting. Stayed here to recover from jet lag before doing a course in Chiang mai. Would definitely stay again. Comfy bed, beautiful open space, and attention to detail. Plus a hot tub in the room. What's not to love.

Only thing I would suggest (and I'm hard pushed to find anything to improve as it was wondeful) would be some seating/loungers around the pool.

Everything has the real touch of Chiangmai. All the furnitures are made of real wood. Huge jacuzzi!!!! Spacious bedroom and bathroom. For those who likes Thai decoration or wood this is the place. But it is normal that with this deceration you cannot compare the brightness of the room with the modern style hotel. Best of the best is the staffs. All of the staffs there are so attentive and welcoming. All day snack is free at the breakfast room. Although i did not have the snack but it is very generous for the hotel to provide so many things from juice, dried fruit, fresh fruit or even toast with jam and peanut butter. Parking is limited but not a problem as the lane is quiet and you can park along the lane. i can always find a spot right infront of the hotel everytime i came back. I will definitely go back there.

It was not a big problem for me but the shower tab should be changed and elevator should have monthly maintenance.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff, especially the manager, Bee or P Peung was the best. She was very kind and friendly and so helpful. The kids really enjoyed the larger room, comfy beds and the swimming pool. They also enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room. We stayed in the Family Room for 3 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel of course is Lanna style, lots of wood and well cared for. It has aged with time and parts of the hotels are being renovated. I think it's important to appreciate the hotel for what it is, a unique and beautiful Lanna style hotel in an amazing location to the city. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We loved it and will be back for sure!

It could have had more amenities and maybe offer more meal service. Although the breakfast spread was very, very good.

We arrived way too early and right away we got a very warm and friendly reception by Bee, who helped us store our luggage and check in as early as possible. When she showed us our room and the funtions of the whirlpool, we were blown away by the size, comfort and facilites of the room. She helped us organize a trip to Do Suthep and was always eager to help us make our stay extremely enjoyable. The location was ideal, next to a seven eleven, with a nice (real) Thai restaurant around the corner and a 10-15 min walk to the Chiang Mai Gate Market. The Lanna room is huge with an enormous bathroom featuring a comfortable toilet with the typical colon cleanse cannon, a big rain shower and very large whirlpool. The bed is king sized with very soft and comfortable sheets. The aircon works perfectly and the TV is bigger and better than average for hotels in Thailand. The balcony surrounds the whole room, which means it is really big. There are minor damages to the walls, furniture, whirlpool etc, but nothing major and it goes well with the rustic vibe of the hotel. We were so happy in this hotel that we decided to extend our stay and whenever we are in Chiang Mai, we will be back!

Room is very generous, with a big bathroom and a huge jacuzzi. In fact they advertise as a honeymoon destination and i understand why comsidering the jacuzzi :D i could not say how many real honeymooners would go there but i think it can work well even if you have just a normal short stay. Property located 30mins walk from airport, the area is safe. Some small shops and a market right at the corner. All people working there very friendly and helpfull, a big plus.

We were welcome by the lovely receptionist Dollen. (I hope I spelt her name right) she was very nice and professional. When we arrived we were given an upgrade to my room which was a pleasant surprise! The room was massive, it had a nice jacuzzi and bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were always very helpful and kind. Thanks for a great stay. We will hope to be back one day.

Nothing everything was great.

The property is located in the center of Chiangmai city, it’s close to the airport, food and facilities are accessible by feet. Room size is great and functional, breakfast is included and well prepared. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

-Limited car parking lot. -The cleanliness of room is quite okay, but bedsheet had small dust over the surface underneath the blanket, bathtub needed a full course cleaning, when it’s running there was stain coming out everywhere, I tried to drain it twice but didn’t help a lot, when it’s located outdoor it needs extra care and there should have cover for it to protect it from the sun, dust and birds. -The decoration is a bit too darkened, would be much better when it’s brighter. -Breakfast is variety, but should be putting in the place where you can keep the food warmth.

I got a really good deal for my stay at Singha. And was warmly welcomed. Very friendly staff. Not much English is spoken, but I'm happy to practice my Thai. I had booked a roof-top room, which was very spacious and had great views across the city. The whole building has a rustic worn feel to it - if you like that sort of thing. I really liked the location (about 15min walk to centre) and there are some really great local restaurants in the area. Relaxed and quiet, very good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

It would be unfair not to mention, that some of the facilities are a little too worn - functional, but it has to be mentioned.

the bath tub was great, you could even open the windows and have a bath with a view. spacious bedroom with a great view as it was 6th floor

restaurant next door had an incredibly persistent and resilient musician obliged to sing for customers until midnight. feel like jumping off the balcony for a few moments.. the hotel is old and the charm of it is mixed with a feeling of disappointment noticing your tightly shut room door having a 2-inch gap off the wall, or white fungi growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. hotel could use some renovation, but its still a bargain for the money I payed

Staff was incredible and answered every request with effort and concern.

Shower pressure, keeping mosquitos at bay, having a microwave, and the quality of the "Western Side" of Breakfast (the Thai Side was really good). They could also stand to put a small table in the room (the room is big enough). The carpets in the room need to be removed and replaced.
