The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes walk outside of the city center. For me this was no problem because i love to walk. The hotel was very clean and the interior was much to my liking. The room was spacious and the AC was working very well.

There were however, a few minor things I would have like to see changed. The most important one is the fact that there isn’t always a front desk worker present. For me, I really needed that because I had some payment problems. Having to wait for a couple hours for someone to arrive was not favorable. Other thing is, the shower was impossible to use without getting the complete bathroom floor wet. This was a hassle to dry everything after use.

I had a booking disaster and rebooked with azz hotel last minute . The lady at the desk is the sweetest. The room is nice .... The bed is the comfiest I've stayed in. Brilliant smart tv.

Liike most rooms ive been too in thailand. A small bedroom lamp for night reading would make the room beautiful at night instead you get these floodlights over your head that are not so nice.

Very good and quiet location. The rooms are spacious and always very clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower has really good water pressure. Stayed here multiple times and would definitely stay again.

Quite a few mosquitos in the main areas but this is hard to avoid as they are everywhere. Just make sure to get some mosquito spray from 7-eleven and they will leave you alone!

location is not so good to go to chaing mai center (the square) you need a car or walk at least 20 minutes to reach the outer rim but scooters are for rent really cheap

Hot shower with good pressure which isn't always a given in Thailand at this price. Close to the airport which is why we booked it. The reception was nice, they have a self checkout. It was very clean, I felt bad entering with my dusty shoes. Beds were great. AC was great, balcony was safe for my son to look outside. All in all a very positive experience

No elevator but I read about it and it didn't bother me too much.

Friendly staff - assisted us with our luggages up the stair. Clean and great facilities and supply (of water, shampoo and body wash etc..). Very reasonable for the price. Very satisfied and would recommend it.

No lift unfortunately but the stairs are comfortable to use. The street where the hostel is located is quite and dark at night (no street lights) so may not be safe if walking alone or with a small group.

Our room was spacious and very clean. My 2 friends and I could've practiced yoga inside the room. That's how big it was. We also loved that it was so quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. However, it was almost 30 minutes walk to the center. We still liked it because we passedby some few cute shops and cafes.

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Was excellent value for the price. I highly recommend staying at this property

We booked a room with a balcony and we didn’t get it (however the hotel gave us a refund) The location wasn’t close to anything we wanted to do but transportation is pretty cheap and easy to get from the hotel.

We liked the 24/7 coffee bar, nice rooms and beautiful bathroom

Very modern and chic hotel, the rooms were tidy and clean. We were there for 4 days and would have stayed there longer. Downstairs in the lobby you could also sit very well and work on your laptop.

It's a bit out of the way from the city but that makes it quieter.
