There is nothing you can find wrong with the property! We hired the whole property, 3 small villas all in one complex with an outside space, pool and kitchen. Great for relaxing when you’ve been out on day trips and to catch up with family in the evenings! The staff are excellent and take care of your every need during the day! They even did our massive pile of laundry everyday! The host was Lucy and again there is nothing that she can’t do for you! The most helpful, attentive and friendly person I’ve found on our trip!

This is a lovely, privately run villa with exceptional service and care. I have to thank Lucy (who manages the villa) for making our trip to truly memorable one. Her service and support is beyond our expectations. From arranging the transportation to in-house massage and BBQ buffet dinner, she coordinated everything smoothly. If you want breakfast in the morning, the helpers will cook or buy what you want. In fact, anything you need, they will go out of the way to make it happen. The property has 3 villas, each villa has two rooms, a living, bathroom (indoor and outdoor) and kitchen. There is also a common area with a big living, dining area and a kitchen. There’s a pool table as well. The entire villa can accommodate up to 9 pax comfortably and you’ll have the whole place to yourself (even if you only use 2 villas). Complete privacy. The villa is certainly dated and has an old charm and rustic feel to it. The location isn’t too bad. About 700-800 to old town and there’s plenty of street food along the way. Overall we had a great time in Chiang Mai and I’d have to say it is all made possible by the service from Lucy. She made us feel like we are visiting and staying with a family member in Chiang Mai.

We were traveling as a big family group of 13 people. The place was perfect to accomodate all of us and conveniently located walking distance (15min) from the old town. The staff was very discrete yet helpful and friendly. They even went the extra mile of getting items we left behind delivered to the airport for us on our last day!

Nothing to declare here! Maybe the mosquitos due to the bassin on the middle of the garden.

We went right after the flood, but the host - Lucy kept us updated before our arrival, and she made sure everything was alright at the villa despite how bad the flood was. We really appreciate her help with arranging transportations and tours for us during our stay. Highly recommend it!

The best service ever my family and I had experienced. The host went above and beyond for our needs despite our large family group. The personal touch was there too, and I felt very comfortable in staying there for a week long. Compound is exclusive with 3 separate "chalets". Love the living area - which is divided into the TV area, dining/kitchen area/pool table/swimming pool. My toddler liked taking walks around the pond too.

This can't be helped, but the mosquitoes are annoying.

Staff (Lucy and Mei?) were extremely helpful. Mei went out of her way to get us grocery items and Lucy was helpful with local knowledge and services.

We booked this place rather than a hotel because we wanted to have a private communal area for our family of 11 people to socialise. Unfortunately, the only communal area was outdoors, and the mosquitos kept us from wanting to spend time in this area - despite burning multiple mosquito coils and using insect repellents. Bathrooms: - Have mould - The shower is in the bathtub, which is not particularly easy for my elderly parents - The shower head is not high enough for one of our party, who had to crouch down to have a shower Kitchen - has limited utensils
