It was a really comfortable stay. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed (there is a microwave). The swimming pool is nice. The staff were really helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Good with travel advice and practical help like laundry... We stayed 3 nights but could be comfortable for an extended stay...

The location was down a quiet Soi and not much goes on in the area. However, it's 12 mins walk to chiang mai gate, and 20 mins walk to Central shopping mall in the opposite direction. We drove and parking can be tricky.

A smart little hotel with a nice small pool and gym. Rooms are above average for the price. All is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. The entrance is on a shady-looking alley but it's only 100m walk to the main street where the Saturday night market begins!

Water pressure was low so shower was a bit hot and cold. Buffet breakfast is basic but you can get a cooked option from the lady, best to stick to the Thai ones, or you can ask for a nice fluffy omelette!

All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much bother. The room was fabulous and having the fridge, microwave and kettle was a real bonus. It was lovely having the swimming pool and we could find times when it was vey quiet. We loved the garden and how relaxing the whole place was. It was also very quiet.

We liked everything about it. It was a good walk to the old town but that meant it was very quiet. We found a restaurant nearby (The Colonial House) where the food was excellent and inexpensive.

A very good hotel with a comfortable bed, a clean pool and very nice and helpful staff. The bathroom had a walking shower and a large whirlpool bath. We had bathrobes, slippers and all toiletries at our disposal. We felt very welcome there. A very tasty breakfast was available in the dining room, including fresh fruit and dessert every day. Very close to the Saturdays night market.

We had a balcony across the corridor and the window from the room also only led to the corridor, so there was a problem with fresh air. The air condition needs servicing because it was no longer able to cool the room sufficiently.

Very friendly and attentive staff, lovely and clean and set in a quiet location. It took 5 minutes to walk to the Silver Temple, where you can get the best full-body Tok Sen Massage for 250Bht. The old town was only 15-minute walk, where there were plenty of bars, street food etc. There is a street market every Saturday on the main road, leading up to the old town, which you can get to in 2 minutes from the hotel and another on Sunday's in the old town. The Airport was 10 minutes by car.

This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were really friendly. Always trying to help and very professional. -Check-in/out: done in 2-3min. -The Hotel: it is situated a bit away from the old town, but nothing I could not reach by walking. -The Room: it was very nice and spacious. -Pool: I loved it especially after a long day of sightseeing. -Miscellaneous: I used the laundry service a lot. They were very quick and professional.

I am giving a 10/10 to this hotel, but there are some smaller things that need to be mentioned: -For 1h or so there was no water for shower. -Gym: not very much equipped as I hoped.

Very pleasant hotel situated a little bit out of the centre. And although a little out of the old town it's close to the airport and not too far from the train station (by car). It takes about 10-15 minutes (walking) to get the Thai Pai Gate That's where you find endless small stands with food. The room is spacious, with a big bathroom. There's even a microwave. Opposite of the hallway there are small balconies with views on the mountains. The breakfast, which costs 100 baht, is excellent value for money. You can choose an egg dish that will be freshly made. The rest is buffet style. Simple but sufficient. The staff is very friendly. We didn't try the pool. It's not very big but seems good to get yourself refreshed. On the way there, close to the hotel, on your right side you find Indian Bites, an Indian restaurant that serves good food. We tried some of their freshly made dishes. A bit further down the road is a 7-11.

It was hard to get consistent hot water in the shower. The temperature went from lukewarm to very hot. Adjusting this constantly was a bit of a chore. But if you can handle that, it's a great place to stay. Especially if you like to be close but not in the centre.

Very comfortable room, plenty of storage space, kettle, slippers, toiletries & tooth kit lovely touches. Pool & air conditioned gym very good. Breakfast was excellent. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful, came to the room in seconds to sort out the safe.I mentioned it was my friend's birthday & they decorated the room and left a birthday cake & candles. The laundry service was impressive, returned in a few hours & included ironing on request. Great position, quiet area close to the evening market & about a 10 min walk to the main area.

We couldn't use the jacuzzi bath as the water just dribbled out of the tap and would have taken about an hour to fill & been cold by then, so that was a little disappointing. It would have been good if we had twin beds rather than a double, however it was king size plus so not an issue
