Nan and Pe were wonderful hosts at this lovely small, European-feel hotel. My husband got sick before we arrived, and they took such good care of him. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable and had lots of nice touches. Nan is Cordon Bleu trained and the pastries were delicious. There is also a beautiful little heated pool. We highly recommend this hotel after staying in many different guesthouses in Chiang Mai over the years. It exceeded our expectations.

It's a very pleasure stay for me and my family during our first visit to Chiang Mai. The host and hostess have been very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is not inside the old city but very close to the Chiang Mai gate and the night market we visited couple of times. Overall, I was very glad and lucky to choose this hotel. During my recent stay at the Nanta Glam CM conveniently located near the airport and a stone's throw away from the bustling city and vibrant night bazaar, I was thoroughly impressed. The owner and staff provided exceptional care, making me feel valued and well-attended to. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and despite its proximity to key attractions, it was wonderfully quiet, offering a serene retreat in a peaceful neighborhood. This boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and top-notch service.

The whole chic ambience. The drink on welcome, suitcase taken to room, beautiful decor, beautiful and helpful owner and staff. Complimentary bottled water and fruit. Fabulous bath. Room kept very clean with fresh towels daily.

The location does not really give a view. But with the French doors open it felt airy and was not overlooked. Quiet location. A little walk into city.

This is an incredible place for family, it doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel but with relatives and friends. Every single thing is being taken care of and the outcome is just the perfect stay. Will again return and stay at the same place. Best stay, best bakery and best drinks ! I wish I could stay for a week more as it just felt I’m staying at friends place where everything is being provided with warmth of friendship and care.

Great location about 10 minutes easy walk to the walled city. Beautifully decorated property with amazing tiles. It has a really lovely pool/jacuzzi on the ground floor a bit like a Moroccan Riad. We stayed in room A1 with a little balcony, a wonderful comfortable large bed and a huge bathroom with separate shower and oversized bath. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, it’s their home and you are made to feel like you are part of the family, it really made our short stay special.

Nanta Glam exceeded all my expectations. The host is an absolutely charming welcoming person who greeted us with cold Kombucha and was always around to help with any request. She also is a trained pastry chef and breakfast was freshly baked cakes and pastries. The pool was stunning, the rooms were spotless and spacious and very comfortable - all amenities you could wish for (hairdryer, robe, slippers, etc). Location was 10/10 on a quiet street a short walk from the old city.

Nothing at all that I didn’t love

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice decoration by the owner. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Room is a good size and enjoyed having a bathtub. The sheets, bath accessories all seems to be very high quality.

There isn't much comfortable lounge space if you're into hanging out somewhere other than your room.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful location & place to stay. Nearby the old city, everything on walking distance. It is as if you find a treasure, high quality! Such friendly people, very helpful. Arranging taxi to visit the most beautiful & nicest places. Everything was very very clean. This is the place to stay if you visit Chiang mai.

Great location and real homely feel. Once of the most comfortable beds and great clean rooms. Very close to the night market and easy access to the bike rental shop. Stay here if you want to be away from the bustle of Nimman area. Highly recommended for families and couples. The Owner is really sweet and always around to help.

Wifi had some connectivity issues through our stay. The owner tried to help, but i guess some issue with the router.
