My family of 4 adored iSilver Hotel. The boutique scale & design was clean, calm, airy and inviting, with spacious family rooms for 4 (at least double the size of budget 3 star equivalents in Western Europe - & with a sofa & balcony!). The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their breakfasts were varied and delicious. Plus, as others have said, throughout the day there is as much cold water (in recycled glass bottles) as required, plus fruit, crackers & biscuits to snack on. We also loved the green, low rise, village-feel neighbourhood - with good restaurants, massages, and amazing coffee a stone’s throw away. Yet it’s in easy walking distance (10 minutes) to the Chiang Mai Gate (South Gate) of the Old City - with a small but tasty nightly food market (as well as the larger Saturday Night Walking Street). The hotel is 5-10 minutes by car to the airport - yet as far from the Western European idea of an airport hotel as you can get. Bolt taxis are easily available, plus parking - if hiring a car. Very, very highly recommended. We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to return to beautiful Chiang Mai.

Nothing - we loved everything about it.

Nice spot about a 10 minute walk to the Chiang Mai gate and the old city. Also only 2 blocks off the Saturday night “walking street” market. Lots of restaurants, food stalls, 7Eleven, ATMs, all within an easy walk. On a little side street so nice and quiet area. Decor is very simple and has an industrial feel. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and a variety of choices each morning. Free water, coffee, tea and fruit during the day. Pool was a nice spot for a refreshing dip given 37C days. Pool towels provided. Staff was very pleasant and friendly to deal with and most speak a reasonable amount of English. Had an issue with AC in room assigned. They quickly moved us to a different room where AC worked fabulously. We would definitely stay here again.

Some of the other guests were a bit noisy at night (quiet time 10 pm - 8 am). Seemed to be lots of foot traffic in hallways and slamming room doors. Hotel could maybe have better soundproofing between rooms - we had a neighbor who I think was on business calls at midnight that you could hear.

Staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive to every need. It started with the Jade during our check in and continued throughout our five night stay. The breakfast was amazing. So many options to accommodate visitors from all parts of the world. Lots of different things every day too so trust me, you won’t get bored eating the same thing every try day. Everything was also very clean. If I ever return to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay at isilver again. It was wonderful!! Go to Lucky’s restaurant a few doors down. It’s a great spot to stop for a drink and a bite to eat. If you are missing western food she has some good options too.

Nothing. My only slightly negative comment would be that the shower stalls are getting a bit grimy. But with the humid climate and them getting used every day I would imagine it is hard to stay on top of and they rarely get a chance to dry.

The staff at iSilver was excellent. They went out of their way to help and guide me and my wife during our stay. They were punctual to our travel needs and made our experience in Chang Mai much more enjoyable. The Hotel is conveniently located to the airport and most major attractions. In addition, it's located in a quiet area, so you don’t have to deal with all the crowd or road noise. A big plus for us during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

All around my stay at iSilver was excellent. The only challenge I experienced was the guest staying on the floor above us. The noise coming from the room at times was very annoying and a bit excessive. Again, this is unrelated to the hotel. I am sure if brought this to the hotels attention they would have moved us to another room. As matter of fact, during check in the hotel even asked if we had any issues they would move us to a new room.

I love how the staff were all so sweet and welcoming. It's a bit far from the main city, but there are many restaurants and 7eleven nearby. We walked mostly everywhere to get our steps in when we weren't out for the excursions. I love how there is a laundry spot near our hotel. There was breakfast offered every morning and coffee and drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The wall is a little thin. You can hear everything and the doors from other guests opening and closing. Also, if you miss the window of showering after a certain hour in the morning, you'll get luke warm water. Everyone is using the hot water at that time. Either beat them to it or wait til the evening. I personally love a good hot shower. The bed was very springy, and it was uncomfortable. I would wake up to back pains. You get what you pay for. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

Nice small hotel just outside the old town walls. It was pretty much as advertised. Room was spacious enough for two people, internet was working well, and location was walking distance from all points of interest we visited. It is not within the old town but we knew this and intentionally booked there - old town can get a bit hectic with tourists during the holidays, so this was a good alternative to where we stayed previously. Breakfast was good and varied with both Thai and Western food. Swimming pool was nice as well. Staff always available and friendly.

Very well located hotel, just outside the old city on a calmer street but just a short walk away to interesting sites/good restaurants. It is also very close to the airport if you arrive by plane, and for the tours that we took, they were easily able to pick us up from the hotel. The hotel is clean/well maintained, and the room was comfortable and had everything we need. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a lot of selection! There is also an unlimited glass water bottle supply in the lobby which is wonderful for a hot destination, and prevents the use of so many plastic bottles.

Staff were friendly. They had a water dispenser in the lobby and unlimited glass bottled water which was great. Free flow of hot drinks from the machine in the lobby was a bonus on chilly evenings. It's a no-frills hotel but has everything we needed. Place is clean and bathrooms were spacious. My family enjoyed our stay there.

Nothing actually. But for those who don't want to walk much, it is good to note that the nearest food places are about 10-15min walk out through a residential area. Don't expect a huge buffet breakfast too. This place has a smaller variety but was good enough for my family.

Such a fantastic stay with iSilver. The staff is so friendly and truly goes above and beyond for their customers. They are polite and helpful. Breakfast that is included is deluxe (so many options). The swimming pool is a good size and really refreshing. The rooms are nice and clean as well. They have slippers, toothbrush/ toothpaste and other amenities which is a nice touch. I definitely worthwhile to book this stay! The only thing (which isn’t iSilverd fault at all) if you’re taking a Grab the drop off location on the Grab app is a little off. So we had to get the grab driver to call the hotel (the staff was super great and gave good directions. Thank you).

This hotel is a little gem in Chiang Mai, right next to the Saturday night market and a short walk to the Sunday night market. The room’s are clean and comfortable but the best thing about this hotel is the staff! The staff make this hotel as they are so lovely and friendly, we came back here on our second visit to Chiang Mai and they remembered us, the breakfast is also lovely which fruit and water available to have all day! Such a lovely hotel!
