Overall, a lovely place to stay. It's very much a family-run hostel and the staff are lovely. We stayed here for 5 nights in the end and the room we had was great for what we needed. The breakfast was nice with tea/coffee and a variety of breads, pastries, cakes etc. (differing each day). There were also little snacks and juice drinks available throughout the day for free. The 'chill out areas' are small but it wasn't an issue. The hostel itself is quiet.

Not very social but a nice place to relax and get away from the busy Chiang Mai streets. Not in town but close enough (around 5-10 min walk) to the city walls. Overall, a great place to stay and easy access for the airport (10 mins away).

Was a very well located hostel, about a 10 min walk from the old town where lots of things were situated, also organised tours were easier able to pick you up from the location. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily if requested with new towels and filtered water. The bed was very soft and comfy which I havw found to be a rarity in Thailand. The bathrooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly, helped us extend our stay by an extra night! The breakfast was also a very nice addition!

Only one major flaw was that in our room there were two much smaller windows which were at the other end of the room and they didnt have any blinds so daylight woke you up slightly early. There is a bit of street noise but can ve solved by earplugs, overall a very pleasant stay!

The people who run the hostel are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We allowed us to amend the dates of our stay last minute. We took the night bus to chiang mai so we arrived early in the morning to drop bags expecting to come back at 2pm to check in. As the bed was available they allowed us to check in early which was very welcome after a night on the bus. Each morning there is a selection of pastries, fruit, cereals and tea and coffee for breakfast. The bed was clean and towels and water are provided. The location was only a short walk to the old town and there are a handful of restaurants and bars nearby. One evening we got food delivered and we were offered plates and cutlery from the man who runs the hostel.

The hostel and staff are great, but there were a few things that would have made our stay even more comfortable. We could feel the springs through the mattress and I found it uncomfortable to sleep on. As well as this, the room had limited space for luggage, there is a huge space under the bed but accessing the space was difficult because the wall was so close to the bed. In one of the toilets there is no shower curtain between the glass door and the toilet, a curtain would allow for more privacy. There is limited Wi-Fi in the room, but it is very strong in the social areas, which was good.

- POD BEDS: Amazing, with a nice thick curtain that blocked light and made it feel super private. - STAFF: The owner is super nice and offered me some of the free breakfast when I arrived for very early before check in. Everything was clean, and the location was great. - LOCATION: Great and safe -- within a 15 minute walking distance of many awesome restaurants (I recommend Yummy Indian!!) and the old city. The area felt very very safe, and I even walked home alone around 10PM from the old city.

- BREAKFAST: If you like to eat something solid and nutritious for breakfast, I wouldn't count on their free breakfast to satisfy that! Processed pastries, cereal, white bread, jams, and some fresh fruits make up the buffet. However this is pretty typical for a free breakfast buffet, and shouldn't deter you! - MATTRESS: Unfortunately the mattress in my bed was a bit uncomfortable, as I could feel the metal coil springs in some spots. I still got a good sleep, but someone more sensitive to this might have a tougher time.

The bedroom with two single beds is small, but very cozy and clean. The hostel is quiet and well located. Breakfast buffet is okay. Staff is very kind and quality-price ratio very good.

Let me first say that the place is run by a young couple with a newborn baby and therefore read my comment below considering this factor :). When we arrived (before check-in time) they made us leave our luggages in a dirty room with a total mess (next to a pile of dirty bed sheets waiting to go in the washing mashine etc..) and this did not give us a very good first impression. However, when we came back at 2pm they cleaned the floors and cleared up the mess around. Overall cleaning of the shared bathrooms can be improved.

Very clean, nice bathroom and facilities. Breakfast was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and accommodating letting us into our room well before check-in after a long night of travelling - really greatful for this. Thank you!!

My sandals were taken from the shoe store area, not the fault of the hostel at all but would suggest maybe taking them up with you..

We liked our stay a lot, the bed was veeery comfortable, with nice black-out curtains, and fresh smelling sheets and towels. the showers were big enough and the owner very nice and friendly. The breakfast ist mostly sweet stuff and fruits and alwayes stacked. We also enjoyed the calm vibe. Would come back any time!

WIFI is a bit weak in the last bed in the dorm.

This is one of the loveliest places that I’ve stayed at so far. The staff are so incredibly lovely and accommodating, it was so clean and the breakfast was superb. It’s also in a pretty quiet area, relatively speaking, but with a short walk to the old town and some great markets and food options. I wholeheartedly recommend

The private dorm room had a nice view, very good air con, clean and lovely staff! Location is ok we rented a motorbike still to get around. Bed was very comfortable and shared bathroom was fine I actually enjoyed showering there

The best is new and clean. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is nice with a lot of fresh fruits. I recommend.

We are missing a bit of space in the dorm to open the backpacks but you have storage under the beds.
