Very clean although I was told it started business for 3 yrs (2020?). Bed is comfortable and very clean. Toilet is very clean as well. Towels are very clean as well. Very near to Airport, less than 2km away. Good for late night arrival by flight and need a place to rest for the night or to catch a early morning flightbthe next morning. Definitely value for money.

No tooth brush/paste provided. Didn't remember seeing a hair dryer. Pillows are too thick for my liking.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. It was new and exceptionally clean. The sheets were clean and unstained, as were the towels. There was no grime around the edges of the room. The bed was comfy. This was a perfect hotel for an overnight before flying out of Chiang Mai and could even be great for an extended stay. The room had a window and a desk area. It was overall a very nice size.

The location is great for the airport but it is not necessary great for touring Chiang Mai. A Grab to the airport from here is still ~120B (with a discount), but the red bus-taxis do run on this street. Make sure to have the hotel address handy, as Grab cannot find the hotel and will frequently give bad directions. There is a very visible security camera screen behind the front desk which made us question our safety, but our stay was perfectly fine.

the service and the room and the front office was so good, we will be back again, convenience to the airport too. What draws us is the laundry service so close by ...its beyond of expectations. keep u the good work. Mrs. Thomas

Very close to the airport. Perfect overnight stay if you are taking an early flight the next day. Also there is an excellent night market across the street that has great food and amazing ambiance.

TV does not offer English speaking channels.

Close to airport, 24hr reception (arrived at NYE at midnight due to delayed flight), good value for money, super basic but clean and functional

very value for money, clean, safe and strategic location(near airport, convenient store, night market, etc) even my room located next to the laundry room, the staff keep the noise level to the minimum. We had a good night sleep.

New hotel and value for money. Good service. Express check in and check out was very fast. The room was clean, quiet room, bed comfortable but have some dirty spot on bed sheet. wifi was very good, location nearby shopping mall and many restaurants. Have enough parking. Definitely will be back.

Good chain hotel for a short stay close to the airport, clean and simple.

I'd only recommend hotel management renaming it in Grab map - it's marked as Hop Inn (without Airport in name), so it may be tricky to mark it as destination as there are multiple ones in Chiang Mai.
