Fantastic place, quiet peaceful being around the pool at night you can hear all the nature from frog sounds to insects. Restaurant next door which is also peaceful. The staff where very polite and helpful especially when i dropped my key under the pool boards. A little far from things but easy to get a grab to places, there is also a mountain trail to climb 10 minutes walk to the left, a cannabis shop 5 minutes away if thats your thing. Absolutely 5 star for location and the tranquility

Very impress with Kireethara Boutique Resort. The room is very clean and comfortable, Every room has a mountain view and pool view with full of many tree. The weather is nice, This is one of the best hotel near Chiangmai university and Nimman. Easy transportation, Splendid and quality of southern food I recommmend Mohong, Liang curry, Stir-fried Stink Bean and Prawn. Definitely value for money. Staff were great - professional and friendly, thank you for taking care of me. I will gladly book this hotel again.

My family and I loved our stay! We stayed in the Luxury Double Room, which is very spacious and beautiful! We were greeted with fresh fruit and a delicious herbal drink. My overall purpose of staying here was for some much needed self-care and for my children to relax and enjoy themselves as well. I utilized the luxurious bathtub in my room because it is hard to find a place in Chiang Mai with one, and I LOVE TAKING BATHS! My children were pleased with the pool and the many friendly and loving cats on the property. The cats for us is a plus:) I booked an oil massage and it was fantastic! We ate at the resort restaurant, and the staff along with the food was great. We also had food brought to our room in the late evening, and reception along with the restaurant staff were superb. The food was very delicious and filling. In the morning, I practiced my yoga and meditation on the property's grass, while watching the scenery. The scenery is meditative within itself. We had a delicious complimentary breakfast while overlooking the scenery as well. I will be returning very soon!

This hotel is a little out of the way, but is so peaceful and tranquil a little rundown from the pictures but adds to the charm, sitting by the pool at night listening to all the nature sounds is wonderful, im going to miss it, and the staff are polite and helpful

I would recommend as one of the best garden hotel. Clean room, polite staff, reasonable price.

It should have more lighting in the room. I stayed in the ground floor room so it much less natural light source than upper floors.

The entire reception staff was incredible. Professional , kind and well-managed. Great facilities. Worth the money! You cant find this kind of accommodation with this price range.

The the complaint I have is with booking.com. When I searched online for a hotel in Chiang, Mai, booking.com’s website, many hotels were displayed, I specifically chose the Kireethama boutique hotel because booking.com specifically advertised that the room included breakfast, with a green signs reajfasg Included. After I selected the room for myself, one person, and proceeded to check out, I received a confirmation on my cell phone that the room had already been paid for with my reservation confirmation When I arrived at the hotel, I simply gave them my passport. They confirmed a reservation, provided me my key, and then afterward, I was informed that breakfast was not included; the hotel told me that breakfast was an additional ฿250. It is bookings.com that is required to refund to me the amount of ฿215 for four days for the false advertisement.

Bookings.com is required to stop false advertising that breakfast is included in a stated price and then when the price is paid, deceptively send the confirmation without the inclusion of breakfast is included in this price. Bookings.com is required to make a financial adjustment in the amount of the addition of ฿250 for four days.

So outdated. Photos of rooms are not actual rooms - unless taken 10 years ago! Needs refurbished. Pool filthy. Bathroom shabby. Everything old and stained. Shame a nice place with nice staff.
