We liked the spacious and comfortable studio. It is not next to the center but good for people that look for calm, want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and like to be next to the nature. There is a nice small waterfall not far away, it is 30 minutes to walk at maximum. Small shops and food stands are also close. The stuff is very friendly. We could even leave our laguagge on the check-out date at the accomodation till the evening as our bus left at 8pm. Thanks a lot for the comfortable stay !

All was good

It was very peaceful. The hotel is located in on of the more rural part of the city. If you aant hustle and bustle and attending nightlife it may not be your cup of tea. But to relax it is awesome.

Great location on the edge of town it's really quiet but we could cycle to Maya Mall, Fashion market and Angkaew Reservoir in about 10 minutes. Their are lots of varied eating options locally from 50 baht Thai to top notch European cuisine. Check Google Maps, you won't be disappoint! The staff are delightful and the 'Boss Man' had perfect English and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Rooms are really comfortable. Beds are European style medium firm the balcony is beautiful, plenty of electrical sockets with desk and table for two. Coffee making in room, separate kitchen facilities. Really nice bathroom with hot and cold water. There is a full size swimming pool within walking distance at Centre of the Universe. They had 2 bikes and we cycled everywhere we wanted and had a really relaxed stay. This part of Chiang Mai is clearly where the well off locals live. It's absolutely beautiful with fields and mountain views. We felt totally safe walking and cycling. Crazy good value for genuine European 3 star room facilities in 4 star location. I think they also do monthly rates for those seeking an AirBnB alternative.

Really, everything was great and we loved it all. First time visitors might find it a little further from the Old Town than ideal..... But we used their Bicycle (15 minutes or so..... and it was about 120 baht in Grab Taxi.

It is very peaceful. It is nestled in the countryside next to the mountain. Not overpowered by the cityscape.

If you want a 7/11 it is about a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bike ride.
