Staff is nice and helpful. Room is very clean. It’s a nice area. 10 mins drive to the centre. Peaceful and looking into mountains. You can drive or get car/bike taxi. Room looks like pictures. AC works well. They have big parking lots

Wifi is on and off. Pillows are really hard. The hot water is on and off too. One second it’s hot the next it’s cold. You can hear people walking outside of the room. Sometimes it can wake you up if they’re loud

A sunny and tidy room with a nice mountain view. We had everything you needed for a short stay. The room was well-kept, had a good shower and vanity, and was good value for the price. A very nice cafe called (cafe de Oasis) is only a 12-minute walk away.

It is far from anything, at least 20 minutes to the centre, there are not many restaurant or cafe options nearby and nowhere decent to walk around. The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear people as if they were in the same room giggling and talking late at night. The bed is a bit firm to our liking. The shower and toilet had a strange arrangement. You had to walk through in the shower to the vanity.

The price is really reasonable for what you get. The staff were incredibly helpful since I actually had an accident on the day I was supposed to check in, so I called to let them know I’d arrive a day late. Instead of charging me for two nights, they suggested I just shift my booking, which was super kind and saved me from paying for a night I didn’t use. The hotel has plenty of parking space, which made things easy since I have a big car. It’s also pretty convenient to get to the city center, but what I loved most was how many great northern Thai restaurants are nearby. After a long day, it’s nice to just walk around the area and grab some delicious local food. More about that, I appreciated they sell kits at the lobby with essentials. If you forget something, it’s a lifesaver.

The only small thing was that the air conditioning had a bit of a musty smell at first, but it wasn’t a big deal and got better after a while.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, free coffee/chocolate in the morning at the lobby. Good location for those who has a car or bike, for the rest - you will spend lots of money on taxi.

Wifi simply dead. Don't expect to use it as usual, especially download something. Always disconnect and very low speed.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Tasty thai food at breakfast. Some nice local restaurants within walking distance. Great location for mountain biking and trail running.

A bit noisy with inconsiderate guests banging loud doors. Shower not always hot. Neither of these things were that bad, considering the excellent value for money.

Room were comfortable and clean, breakfast amazing- buffet.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, so getting around requires a taxi, as there are no local buses available or well rated catering/ restaurants.. Walking to the city center takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, which is not ideal.

This was our 3rd stay here at We Valley! We have stayed here while building our tiny house out of town. Wonderful location at the foot of the mountain. Fairly secluded and very quiet. Even though the hotel was full for most of our stays, it was very quiet, no partying, everyone very respectful. Great breakfast choices at a reasonable price. All of the staff is really friendly and helpful and with great English. We especially want to thank the hotel manager who went out of her way to help resolve any needs we had. Yes, the facilities can be a little bit worn, but with full occupancy and for the great value, I cannot complain. And very clean with great room housekeeping. They have ample parking and an underground garage for our motorcycle. Thank you! This We Valley will always be our second home in Chiang Mai.

Large room, very comfortable and very friendly staff but English is not so good.

Property is fine but I think that it is very important when you deal with foreigners everyday, English is essential. Not all receptionist speaks English or good enough to communicate.

Nice owner that guide us in where to go & visit when we arrived there. Free drinks during day. Help to take care of luggage too. Prepared some toiletries and also some snacks & Ready-to-eat things with affordable price.

So far still good for the price given. No complaint.
