This was such a nice place to stay out of the busy Chiang Mai centre, it’s so peaceful and serene. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the Japanese theme. The morning breakfast was delicious and I loved the variety of meals provided, and I really enjoyed the congee, my absolute favourite. The staff were also so kind and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.

The room we had, had a little kitchen but there was nothing in the drawers, we had to ask for utensils, at the reception. It would be nice to have basic utensils/pans/cooking equipment already inside and can always ask for more if needed.

I like the cleanliness of the place and the 24 hours front desk assistance. We arrived at 11:30pm in the hotel and everything went smoothly. We didn't experience the onsen/spa due to tight schedule, but pretty sure it's awesome. I like the spacious room. it can accommodate more than we expect.

since we didn't go outside the night, we expect to have netflix in the room where we can watch movies while chatting, but it doesn't have netflix and we couldn't understand anything. Also only one room has blower so the rest of us need to wait for one to finished. Other than that, everything is okay.

Hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Special thanks to Arin for just being an excellent all round service staff. Booked the royal suite - initially aircon wasn't cold and TV reception was poor, but the hotel staff were quick and responsive and managed to resolve both issues within the same day. Beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable we've ever experienced at a hotel (that says a lot). Onsen was a good addition, but don't expect it to be at the level of Japanese onsens. Breakfast was good for a 3* hotel - it was buffet style during the time when there were more people staying at the hotel, but they switched it to a la carte once the numbers weren't that much. Overall very good value for a 3* hotel

Swimming pool was on the smaller side. Location was a bit difficult to reach (and quiet) if you are not travelling by car (we chose this because it was near the convention centre which I had to attend for a work related event). Some distance away from city centre. Might be a bit dark at night - not advisable to walk back because of all the narrow and dimly lit in-roads, but rather you should take a taxi or drive - this shouldn't be an issue anyway since grab/taxi is really really cheap and readily available in Chiang Mai.

One of the staff was extremely helpful and approachable - kudos to her! The onsen was a treat. Our room was spacious and the housekeeping was on-point. The hotel compound was spacious which made it suitable for playing with kids.

We stayed for a 5 nights. After a while, we felt that the ventilation in the room could be improved, as the smell of the toilet seemed to linger.

Quiet location just off the main drag to town. Peaceful setting away from all the traffic noise. Relaxed several times in the onsen which was never crowded. 1 or 2 people were the most in the onsen each evening or morning. Often no one else. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was a bit redundant but you can order off the menu and pay for that so there are other options. By no means a complaint, just something to consider.

The room and the design is great. The bed is comfy.

I mostly like everything. However, there's suggestion that the hotel's service could be improved. On the check-out day, I forgot and left my coffee tumbler in the room. (This tumbler is important to me since I got it as a souvenir gift from a special event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have cared so much. ) It would have been nice, if the staff would check and let the me know before I left, or call me (or call a customer) if I or any other customer leave anything in the room. I had to call the hotel to check and found out that I left it at the hotel. Anyway, it's my false for being so forgetful, and I did not rate the hotel regarding this issue. So, this is the suggestions that the hotel could consider to improve the hotel service.

Choice of Breakfasts, bento, eggs, etc . Staff very kind and flexible, Great pool & Japanese bath. Quiet nights. Grab or scooter for travel. There is a big outdoors restaurant not too far up the road. Ask staff to warm up sauna 1 hour beforehand

Wifi spotty depending on room, but they have several passwords for pool, cafe and room.

Nicely appointed hotel, close to the Doi Suthep foothills, fairly quiet (although on the take off flight path). Rooms are a good size and reasonable for the price. Good facilities with a swimming pool, Onsen and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perhaps more choice for breakfast? (Eg muesli, croissants). But the Thai/Japanese options kept me going until lunchtime ok!

The accommodation is really nice. The location isn’t bad either, as you can take a taxi to get there. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean.

One thing to note is that the hot springs are separated by gender, with men’s and women’s hot springs being separate. This can be a downside for couples who book without knowing this, as they will have to use the hot springs separately.

The large room, sauna, pool and onsen. The breakfast buffet was great around new year. It’s not always that good.

Sometimes the onsen seemed to be a playground for kids. Not very relaxing. There was and awful smell of sewage coming from the kitchen sink. No shade for parking lot.
