We loved our stay here! Really beautiful room and the facilities are really clean and beautiful! The room is really clean and the bed so comfortable! There is a nice spacious balcony. The pool is also HUGEEE and cold which we liked! A really nice refreshing contrast to the heat of the city! The location is far from center, you will need a scooter but there is a really nice and cheap coffee place (Minimal Coffee) right next to the hotel and an awesome bakery (Nana bakery) at 3 min of scooter which was really a plus!

The staff was nice but really unhelpful. They spoke basic English which is okay, but even though we used Google Translate to ask for basic information (scooter rental and laundry) they still did not help (they laughed and said no). So i recommend renting a scooter before arriving to the hotel!

Really liked my stay, the rooms are quite soundproof, clean and the bed is great. They have smart TVs so you can go on YouTube, Netflix etc. Internet speed is quite fast normally at about 90mbit. The pool area is clean.

It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest convenience store and supermarket. Bathrooms could use a makeover. The fitness room only has the minimum needed to stay in shape. If you are there for a week then you will be fine with the dumbells but if you stay longer it is better to sign up for one of the nearby gyms.

Very spacious room, great facilities, fridge and AC. Very comfortable. Huge (!) bed. Hands down the largest bed I’ve ever slept in. We got 2 bottles of water, (instant) coffee & cocoa, new conditioner & body wash for free every day. Nice balcony overlooking a rather quiet part of Chiang Mai. Very quiet in general, sleeping with the door to the balcony open was not a problem.

The only minor thing to consider is the location (about 15 minute drive to Tha Paeh Gate). Either have a scooter or book Grabs/Bolts (about 100 Bht each way in Jan 25) to get to the city and back. Not a deal breaker at all, just something to bear in mind.

The apartment was spacious and modern. Good value for money. The bed was huge! Nice sized balcony.

We didn't have transport and found it difficult to go out and about on foot from here. It took us 1hr 40 mins to walk to the old town. Taxi definitely the way to get around from here. There are two 7/11's within walking distance.

We liked daily water & shampoo & instant coffee fill-up, pool, small gym downstairs. The ladies were cleaning the rooms if we requested to. The room has enough space and wardrobes and handy desk for work. Huge bed if you plan having pillow fight with 6 girls otherwise pretty unnecessary size. The surrounding is pretty calm. Nearby are few nice restaurants, Homglai, a local outdoor Jaew Hearn Nong Hoi, a bit further an amazing The Arc Café. It is advisable to rent a motorbike. I believe the 150 THB price tag for motorbike downstairs is not for a rent but for delivery the motorbike to the hotel. Usual motorbike rent is 230 - 300 THB, less if you rent for longer time. We did not get the motorbike from the hotel so you better clarify first.

We had a bit of mold around the sink in the bathroom (seal between sink and wall) which should be removed by owner. The rest are not a complain, just more info and my opinion: The pool is unfortunately all day in the shadow. Pillows were pretty high for me, so not used. Walls not super thick, we had some guy in next room, for 2 nights quite noisy, having work meetings. The night rules should be more strict. No laundry service.

I absolutely loved staying here and do most times I stay in Chiang Mai. I ride a scooter so the location didn’t bother me being a bit further from the centre. I actually preferred it. Room was so spacious, bed was huge and comfortable, tv, AC, fridge, kettle, everything was amazing. The pool area to relax. Great value for money

I loved this place, it was enough out of the city and business. Great pool, bed was huge, it surprised me how great it was for the price. I definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

The only thing was the tv wasn’t working but we eventually got it to work with patience. It’s not even a big deal just fyi

This place was perfection. Room was modern, TV hooked up with netflix and all the goods, clean modern bathroom, comfy bed, little place to sit to eat, fridge, pool and outdoor area, everyday we also were left more water, toilet roll, body wash, etc.

Everything. Peaceful. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. JUST AMAZING! I was injured during my trip so I had to take a break (from budget backpacking). Tool it here and had a nice time recovering.

The sun was positioned a bit unfortunate for my stay because the pool was rarely ever lit upon …

Peaceful spot, big room, comfortable bed, beautiful swimming pool. The distance from town wasn't a big deal for us as we already knew about it so we got ready and rented a transport.
