The owners are nice people and the girl at the reception is very helpful. The rooms are very clean and quiet. They offer free tea, coffee, biscuits and bananas at any time. They are very reactive in case of a problem.

Breakfast was OK not great but definitely worth it and the coffee was great. I was very happy the rooms were clean everything worked. I was very surprised and happy with my stay Huen Chan Thip

I thought the location could of been a little closer to the night market. It was about a 15 to 20 minute walk every night. Other than that 2 thumbs up

The location is great and pretty close to the central area. The breakfast was ok. The thai breakfast was our favortie choice. Very confortable beds. The room was cleaned every day.

Two of the outlets in our room were a bit tricky. Our chargers kept folling out of them. And the pillows were to hard and tall. But otherwise things were quite great. Very good value for the money.

This family run hotel was a good stay for a few days in Chiang Rai. The people who run the hotel are so lovely, accommodating & super friendly. They were willing to help us with anything that we needed. The pool is a nice touch in such a hot city. Location wise, we found it was a 10 min walk from the closest 7/11 and about 15/20 mins from the night bazaar & all the restaurants, bars, etc. The room was really spacious and clean. We would recommend :)

The pool needed a bit of a clean but other than that it was fine!

I loved the cozy vibe as soon as I walked through the door. We stayed 4 weeks and got to know the staff. They treated us very kindly. The location is perfect...close to many restaurants. We were there during the bad flooding (September 2024) and despite losing cleaning staff for a few weeks, room cleaning and other services were maintained through the hard work of the remaining staff. The pool was wonderful. Altogether a great experience and I will be staying there again in October.

There was nothing to dislike

Breakfast offered a lot of choice, the crispy chicken was amazing and very tasty! Staff friendly always offered us tea & coffee in the morning. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Always gave fresh towels and bottles of water everyday.

15 minute walk to town (didn’t bother us too much but something to consider) Pool was available but looked a little mucky (we chose not to use but others swam)

The Location is very good, The staff is very polite and responsive, Over all a decent good hotel for the price, Rooms are big neat and clean, Breakfast option is limited but ok, Lots of restaurants around for lunch and dinner

Well I have nothing much to say on this, oh the swimming pool looks dirty and seems like the pool water has not been changed for a long time, my suggestions don't go in the pool, Rest all is good

The host was very friendly, made nice simple yet tasty breakfast, always smiling and welcoming. Would stay again, truly amazing price-performance ratio. The location is also good, walking distance to night market, and the rest you need transportation anyway. Good places to eat nearby as well.

The pool was cold and pillows too large, but other than that - very nice stay.

The room was a good size and comfortable for us. Although we didn't use the pool it was very pretty and quiet all the time. Location was nice with lots of cafes in the area. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was good with great coffee.

There are a lot of bugs and lizards in the corridors to be wary of.

We stayed only 2-3 nights, the hotel has a good location. Even from the bus station we have walked to the hotel in 15min, max 20min. The room was so big that we installed comfortably, also it was clean. For breakfast, it is simple but efficient, you have choices for Western or thai style breakfast, so you can enjoy as you wish.

Nothing is coming to my mind. Everything was good !
