public spaces, there is even a small swimming pool. The kitchen is also very happy, you can eat there quite well. Sleeping places are also made comfortably with curtains. There is a fan and air conditioning in the room

There is only one significant downside to this hostel, and that is the presence of bedbugs. I can't say for all the rooms, but in the one where I slept (if I'm not mistaken, room 8), they were there. So the management of the hostel would be very desirable to put them out, because these animals can very seriously increase their population over time

Excellent room, spacious, well equipped and clean. Big comfortable bed, fridge, modern flatscreen TV with Netflix. Lots of space in common area, including big comfortable sofa. DIY breakfast in morning plus use of the well equipped kitchen, plenty of bread, eggs, fruit and sausages to go round. Small but functional gym. Staff were professional and its easy to organise onwards travels to Luang Prabang in Laos here by bus or boat. Very comfortable for an extended stay, and very nice room for the price.

A little walk into the back streets to get to hostel, not the most convenient central location. Bit of a trek to nearest convenience store.

Amazing hostel. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help with any issues we had. The common room is really well set up for socialising and there was plenty of facilities all very clean. The rooms are spacious and the lockers were big enough to fit my whole bag in. Breakfast is basic but plenty of it and easily made better with a quick trip to the shop. Lovely outdoor area to chill in the sun. Location was good, within walking distance to the center and just off the main road so not noisy

Only small issue was lots of mosquitoes as the doors are open most of the day although I seemed to be one of the only people getting bitten

As soon as I walked into this hostel, I extended my stay for another 5 days. MAINLY because of the staff. Super friendly, and always there to help with a smile. The hostel itself is also amazing and very homely. Has many places to hang out, a pool, pool table, cheap laundry I can do myself, and most importantly a kitchen to make your own food. Making my own egg after months of traveling was such a little pleasure.

I didn’t like that the common outside area near the pool was non smoking. I wish it had a small space For smokers so we don’t have to go all the way out.

Rooms were lovely and clean, smelled nice. Beds were comfortable and spacious and big lockers to put things away. Option to make some breakfast in the morning was ideal and the common room was big and comfortable as well as clean. Didn’t go in the pool so can’t really comment anything about that but looked lovely. Showers where lovely , lots of space to get changed Staff where very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if coming to Chiang rai. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and shops all within walking distance.

Only comment is it’s far away from all the temples which I’d imagine a lot of people come Chiang rai to see , however we found there wasn’t an awful lot to do around the temples anyway other than food so I feel like it’s worth staying more where this hostel is located rather than near the temples. But that’s personal opinion. Not really a negative in my eyes but just something people might want to know.

Wish we could have stayed here longer. It was outstanding experience! It is on the level of hotel. We had one room with very comfortable king bed. The room was spotless, we received complementary food, tooth brush and other essentials every day. You can have coffee etc. in the kitchen, too. It included self-service breakfast (eggs, toasts, sausages, jam, coffee etc). There is a gym, common space area with board games, billiard. You can rent a bike vis Mercy hotel (B-rider which is reliable and rhe best rental company). The location is excellent and quit. Actually, the whole place is quit and they keep it quiet after 10 pm. Last but not least, the staff was genuinely so kind and helpful. If we ever visit it again, we will stay here. Thank you so much for making our time in Chiang Mai so great.

Clean and comfortable, good A/C in the rooms, enough bathrooms/showers that you didn't have to wait. The showers were separated by gender, which I appreciated. All of the staff was really nice but Shaun is a star! They provide food to cook for breakfast, some snacks throughout the day, and you can fill your water bottles.

The kitchen is really tiny for the number of people who are trying to cook breakfast at once. It's a little bit of a walk from everything, but it's not hard to get to.

Shaun was completely fantastic. He went above and beyond and even took me to try some Thai cheesecake and bread! He was so warm and welcoming and he made me feel so at home in the hostel. Nothing was too big an ask and he was more than happy to speak to the bus company for me to check the times. He was absolutely hilarious, too. The hostel was clean and had breakfast bits so you could cook your own which was great for me. It was quiet and calm. A great stay.

Amazing hostel with lots of facilities and great reception staff, Nda, Joy and others you guys were amazing! They were super attentive and helpful always to me and even helped with scooter rental like literally it was effortless! Love you guys 💜, will come back again if i ever come back to Chiang Rai.

Nothing really, everything was excellent! Only thing is the hostel was too silent because of the off season maybe but apart from that everything great!

This hostel's location is very convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, cafes, market & nightlife, but is also in a peaceful alley so there isn't any noise. The staff is really nice and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and had all that we needed. The guests can also use the pool, the pool table, the kitchen, which also has different tea and coffee options and there is a smoking area in front of the building. There's also lots of space for hanging out or just working. We had a really pleasant stay and wish to come back for a longer one!
