Perfectly acceptable, but rather plain hotel in Chiang Rai. Nice pool, comfortable room, and generous breakfast. Good value for money. Travellers should note that you don't need a taxi/tuk-tuk from the hotel; simply walk back to the main road from the bus station entrance, turn left and the Blue Lagoon is 200 metres on the right. Spend the 60Baht saved on a drink!

Bathroom arrangement was quirky. Basin in main bedroom and shower squashed into the smallest space possible behind the door! Room a little dark but these are minor points.

A most convenient location in Chiang Rai! Comfortable bed, and a silent but effective AC. A lovely pool, which sadly I didn't get to use. A nice breakfast setting, and a good spread of local and western offerings. Plenty of parking, for those who choose to rent a car in Thailand.

The bathroom was one of the smallest I've ever used at any hotel. It also lacked basic amenities like hand soap, etc. The quality of hangars provided were really subpar. Housekeeping was a bit tardy. The room lacked a locker.

The hotel is located near the bus station and the night market, also there are many restaurants around. The bathroom is quite small, but everything worked well. The swimming pool is nice, with towels etc. WiFi worked well, except for one day when it was not so good for some reason.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff was always there to help with the bags. The view was some local house, but luckily one floor below my room

The room was spacious and well equipped. A nice, clean and large pool provides a pleasant cooling off after a tiring day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet is varied enough and plentiful enough. Excellent location close to the sights.

The bathroom is extremely small and cramped. The shower area is in a corner right next to the toilet and has no curtain, so the entire bathroom is wet when you shower. The sink is the size of a small child. The hotel does not have an elevator.

The hotel is near the bus terminal 1, walking distance to the night market and weekend market. A good morning walk to the Chiang Rai Clock Tower (~10mins), and another ~5min walk to Kad Luang Chiang Rai Market where you can get cheap textile etc.

They don't have an elevator, imagine having a huge or heavy trolley and your room is at the 3rd flr, though their staff will help you carry them, but that a work hazard and they should think of investing for an elevator for some guest who have knee issues.

I stayed only one night since I did the tour of the temples and my flight was leaving from Chiang Rai. The breakfast was really good and the staff super friendly. The rooms were a bit outdated but comfortable overall

The shower was literally on top of the toilet, no separation made it difficult not to slip/get my feet wet every time I used the bathroom

The location is perfect, close to the city center and the night market. About the building, the garden is stunning, with a huge pool. Lovely breakfast, with many different options. The room was amazing and very spacious. Also, well done to the staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you, one of the nicest places I have stayed at! And even better if you consider the accessible price

The location of the hotel … very close to the bus terminal and night market. A coin laundry is conveniently located just a few steps from the hotel. Walking back to the hotel later at night was not an issue. Exploring the old town was very convenient as well. The pool looked inviting, although we never got to enjoy it. The breakfast area was very nice and relaxing. Staff replenished food quite frequently.

We had to take twin beds on the ground floor as the available were on the first floor. They did not have a lift.

Such a beautiful pool and breakfast area. Nice and sunny, and very peaceful. Very helpful staff and perfectly located. The room was tidy and well serviced.

Not much at all! I would note that it seemed there was a variety of room type/quality (we opted for a superior room and it was excellent). Also note that there is no lift but that wasn’t an issue for us, and they even help carry your bags upstairs!
