Lovely place and really helpful staff Great location easy to walk to everything within Chiang rai old town. Really quiet and peaceful. The staff arranged for me to hire a moped so could explore further away too Free tea and coffee and fridge in reception with other drinks snack to buy if you want. The room was really clean, had a fan and fridge and the room opened onto a shared balcony with your own table and chair to relax on overlooking the banana trees below. Really great value. And they look after cats! But they aren’t in the rooms in case that puts you off

It is a small guest house with clean, spacious rooms with private bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a small balcony. The bathroom was clean and equipped with towels. The house also had some very cute cats. The staff was very friendly, attentive and caring. They have drinks and refreshments available for purchase at the hotel. The location is close to the centre of Chiang Rai and next to the bus station. 100% recommended for a short stay in Chiang Rai.

It was a very short stay, but we liked everything. Perhaps we missed a little more information about tours and activities in Chiang Rai, but that's a drawback.

Friendly and kind staff, friendly cats at the reception. Good location, close to city center and night market. You can order breakfast the day before for a good price. Room and bathroom was spacious with a big table, night lamp, AC, fan, nice common balcony with a view of banana palmtrees and sunset. 2 bottles of water provided everyday. Smooth motorbike rent.

Bed sheets were very syntetic (grey ones), it was so hot and unpleasant to sleep in them. I asked if they have cotton ones, but they said they didnt, even tho it looked like there is white cotton sheets in the other rooms. The hotel is next to a yard with roosters, so all day you can hear them, especially in the mornings, it was not a problem for us, but if you are a light sleeper might need some earplugs.

The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed (comfortable gib bed, desk, fridge and strong aircon). The bathroom was big and the shower had really good water pressure and hot water. Very cheap possibly for washing and drying your clothes by yourself (30 baht/machine). I liked the location as you can easily walk to everything. The accommodation is just a 10 min walk from the bus terminal 1 which is also next to the night market. I rented a scooter for 250 baht/24 h. The scooter was not on site but was brought in and was in perfect condition. The transaction was also smooth. I only stayed 2 nights but the room was cleaned every day.

Each room on the second floor was connected and the front was a large window front that led onto the balcony, which every guest could use. So unfortunately there was no real privacy as everyone walked by and could look into your room unless you closed the curtains completely, which of course made the room dark.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. There are free tea and coffee available throughout the stay and the room had a little table outside to chill after a long day sightseeing.

The entrance wall is glass, with a sliding door that faces the balcony where people come and go, so if you want some privacy you need to leave the curtains drawn - also in the afternoon the sun hits the glass making the room very warm, but there is air con :)

Very good location, fair price. Very cozy outdoor area. They have free drinks, including coffee, tea and more, and you can even buy snacks right there at great prices. The rooms are cute, they have a nice view in the morning and the area is super chill. The staff is friendly and helpful, they can call scooters for you and arrange transportation and have laundromats available 24/7 if you need them.

The room locking system could be improved. And the bathrooms should be isolated to prevent molding, but both are minor things.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely cats and plants all around the reception area. Clean room and aircon works well. Screen meshes to keep out insects. Close proximity to bus station and night market. Also, check out the red temple as it's less than 20 minutes walk from the guesthouse and free to enter.

Bed was a bit too hard, shower is very basic, loud and noisy neighborhood (we only stayed Saturday night so this might not be the usual noise level).

All you need is provided here. Clean room, great shower. Bottled water replaced daily. Complimentary cocoa, coffee, tea etc. on offer in the communal area - where you can interact with the resident kitties. Well managed establishment. Excellent English spoken and great suggestions for places to visit. Recycling facilities available. Initiative to reduce unnecessary water usage - leave towels on floor if you want them replaced.

Fantastic location. Nice quiet street, but close enough to the night market, walking street and bus station. Beautiful cats on the premises. Not intrusive but enjoy a pat if you go to them

For consideration: I would have liked a dedicated non-smoking section in the reception/lounge area - perhaps the table furtherest from the tea and coffee facilities.

The staff are lovely and the room is spacious. The location is great - on a quiet street and less than a 10 minute walk to Chiang Rai Night Bazaar. There's complementary tea and coffee and breakfast can be booked for 50B, which is freshly made. Room service is available daily, with clean towels and fresh drinking water provided.

There were a couple of areas that could have been cleaner - surface level dust and a dirty mirror, but overall well worth the money.
