We stayed here for a two day break. We found the hotel to be quite modern and very clean . The reception staff were very friendly , welcoming and efficient. We were shown unto a very spacious and comfortable room , with the bonus of a huge comfy bed . They supplied coffee and sugar along with a kettle for a hot drink . We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but overall we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay . Next time we go to chaing rai we will definitely consider booking in again .

Bathroom was usable albeit a bit cramped when opening the door you were faced with the toilet only inches between the open door and toilet bowl , it felt like you had squeeze in then shut the door behind you .

This was a really great place to stay in Chiang Rai. It's in a residential area just a short walk to shops and restaurants, and a few blocks walk to the bus station. There was also a laundry service across the street, which I used to get some clothing washed at a very good price, and they did a great job. The guesthouse room was comfortable and the AC worked pretty well at night, although it struggled in the heat of the afternoon, with the full glass door panel letting heat into the room, even with the curtains closed. But I was in Chiang Rai during the hottest season, so I understood. The room was simple but very comfortable, and I appreciated them restocking bottles of water every day. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and sweet. I thought the simple breakfast was perfect; toast, tea, coffee to fix, and the nice lady manning the room cooked eggs for me with a smile every day. I highly recommend this guest house for stays in Chiang Rai.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the bus terminal and within easy walking distance of downtown. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with good air-conditioning. We were especially impressed by the outstanding service: after forgetting to reclaim our deposit for the motorbike rental, the staff kindly offered to transfer the money to our next hotel so we could still receive it in cash. I have never experienced this level of kindness and service before — thank you so much! Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for places walking distance from the bus terminal and decided on this place. It’s like a 10 min walk and it was a little bit of a struggle dragging 2 Suitcases each but it’s doable to save some money. We arrived before check in at 11 but we only waited 30 mins and they let us go to our room which was nice. Also it’s walking distance to the night market where we got dinner every night. I like how they offer private drivers ( ranges from 2500-3000 baht) and tours from a place called black dragon tours. Was convenient to just book them instead of looking for one on our own.

Beware there are no elevators so it was a struggle with our luggages. Also I think only one person speaks English here so make sure to have your google translate app to communicate when that person isn’t there.

Honestly, I stayed in loads of places during time in the north of Thailand but this one was one of the best. It had everything, the staff were amazing, the amenities were great, the room was ideal, the location was cool, the bed was comfy and the decor was closer to genuine Thai style and was great to look at. I tried staying here for an extra night but it books up fast and I can see why. The owner even took my rental bike and put it under the garage roof to protect it from a storm. The owners dogs next door are cool and one had a Lionel Messi football shirt on. There is a great laundry service across the road, an amazing Vietnamese/Thai place that's hidden behind bamboo and plants up the road that was something quite special for me as a random find. Secret coffee shops serving northern Thai coffee around all the side streets from early morning. This was a more authentic Thai experience than other hotels I had seen in the same area. They offered coffee and cooked breakfast to order for free and it was all done to a really high standard. There was always a pleasant atmosphere, the staff were lovely, the guests all seemed happy and I loved the outside area at the front with the raised decking, plants and trees. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the area and it was a memorable stay for me.

The staff are so kind and helpful and the location couldn't be any better. Literally right in the centre of town and only a 3 minute walk to the night Market and bus station. When we arrived, we asked to change rooms as we didn't want to be on the ground floor and wanted a balcony. They has no issue with us moving and gave us a different room on the second floor. There is also breakfast in the morning, but very simple. Just eggs and toast with tea, coffee and juice. Simple, but included in the price and fills you up. Water was also provided every day.

The room was clean, but still slightly dirty. Not dirty enough for it to be a problem though. We have a shower filter, but unfortunately it woukdnt connect onto the shower here as a peice of the shower was broken. The Aircon was also really loud.

Great simple hotel, clean, walking distance to the center, really nice staff. Offered a simple free breakfast of eggs and toast which was convenient. Really great value for what you get. Wifi in each room and in common areas. Felt very honey and good for large groups. Ground floor units available for the less mobile.

Credit card has a fee but that is expected in Thailand. Also not a big fan of chemical spray cleaning/insect repellent products but that is also quite common.

Great hotel with friendly staff, the room was very spacious! Great location, the street it's on is very quiet and peaceful with cafes a very short walk away down the road. Town is a little further, about 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station. Great Wi-Fi connection. The day tour they had advertised in the lobby was fantastic as well!

Breakfast offering was lacking. Coffee/tea/juice and water available but there was only bread that could be toasted (rock hard cold butter and a mystery marmalade as the only available spreads) , and eggs, literally nothing else.

Location, quiet at nights, cute garden area, cosy bed.

Big night lamp didn't work in the room. No small table comes with the 2 chairs in the room. Lots of spider nets and dust in corners. Paint on the wall and furniture have downgraded visibly over the years (i stayed here multiple times since 2013). Didn't like the wifi router on the night stand near the head. If you wish to charge the phone near bed, you need to switch of the wifi. Aircon was quite noisy (room 103).

A very clean, comfortable and friendly little hotel. Located within an easy 13-minute walk to the Clock Tower, it is situated in a very quiet, mainly residential neighbourhood. Even though breakfast wasn't included, the staff can prepare eggs (any style) and also offer toast and butter and marmalade -- and, of course, coffee. Every staff member was so friendly and caring.
