The frontdesk staffs during my stay in February - Dao and May were very helpful - answered my many questions about Chiang Rai and Thai food, they are very thoughtful people, friendly, also very responsible at work. Thank you May & Dao! My room was spacious and bright, overall comfortable.

there is No electric kettle in the room, and the walls between the rooms were not soundproof - there were a couple nights I couldn't sleep due to the TV sounds and 1-3am conversation of the guests next door, fortunately some guests were considerate, who didn't make noises in the middle of night. The owner was not hospitable to me, even though I had extended my stay there due to my health condition under the hot weather, I would stay with other respectful and hospitable hosts I had met often in Thailand for my next trip! But I am just a short term customer there, hopefully the owner would appreciate the staffs who work almost everyday there for years.

Room spacious have a balcony on it, ac working nice, water heater is good, staff was so nice and helpful, walking by, coffee, tea and crackers free every morning. Everything was good when i stayed a week there. Will stay in this hotel again when am back to ChiangRai

The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were very clean and had a nice balcony area, there is free tea and coffee in the morning which we didn’t make use of but is a nice touch! The rooms are great value for money!!

The beds are very firm which isn’t necessarily a bad thing - just something to be aware of if you prefer a softer mattress like me

Amazing value for money. Staff are kind and attentive. The building & rooms are comfortable and immaculate. An easy 15-20 min walk from the bus station and night markets. Baansiri is everything you need for a great stay in Chiang Rai. I would highly recommend staying here! There is a delicious all you can eat Shabu BBQ next to the 7/11 up the road!

It was very clean and spacious. They will clean the room everyday for you if you would like. They give you 2 glass water bottles a day that you have to keep in the room (don’t break them or lose them or you will be fined). There is someone at the desk 24/7.

We weren’t aware that they have a 250 baht deposit for the key. This is fine but something to think about since chiang rai is many people’s last stop in Thailand before moving on to Laos.

It’s a decent place to stay if you want something clean but reasonably priced. Everything worked.

The only big problem with this place is the noise. You hear everything and everyone. Luckily it wasn’t full in this rainy season. Some of the towels could be changed, they’re getting old. Also, it is more convenient if there are small towels for hands in the bathroom.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, offering tips on best places to visit, arranging trips and transport and generally kind The place is clean and well run Although there's no communal kitchen, we were supplied with dishes etc for our food, to eat inthe reception area where there are lots of tables and chairs. Location is just a 10 min walk to bus terminal 1 and centre of town. Highly recommend, great value for money

The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us with transport and any other related concerns. The rooms were really spacious and beds were comfortable. Was a really lovely place at such good value. The area was a little further from the centre but still walkable. About 15/20 minutes walk but we were completely fine with that and had no problem as we knew when booking.

Great room. TV, AC, Bar fridge, bottled water, toiletries, very clean ensuite with hot water, small terrace. It has all the convenience of a 3 star hotel room but at a fraction of the price.

Location is about a km away from the night market and Jetyod Rd so be prepared for some walking. The Key deposit of THB 250 is also a bit annoying.

Over all really great value for the price. The receptionist was so helpfull, going above and beyond to help us. The shower had great pressure and hot water, and everything was generally very clean!

The location, the walk into the main town is not very nice since it’s on a very busy road with no sidewalks. So the cars came very close at all times.
