Good basic hotel for the price. Beautiful garden with small fish pond for having breakfast or relaxing. Quiet location close to the center of town. Local restaurants, convenience stores, tour agencies, and laundry are nearby.

Due to some plumbing issue the toilet could get clogged by toilet paper. The toilet had to be unclogged with a plunger once.

The place is very cozy. The rooms are huge, the beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. They clean your room and change the towels every day. The garden is beautiful and you have tables to sit there and enjoy the place. The place is very calm and very close to the center and many temples. The most valuable thing for me was the attention of the owners and staff, they are aware of every need and that your stay is the best possible. I had an accident with my foot and they took care of me all the time, they were very attentive and helped me with everything. I am very grateful! I recommend this place 100%

Really nice location just 7 minute walk to the night market.Really nice place so calm and peaceful,it feels like home. Every thing was so clean. There is a laundromat right next door and also places you could eat walking distance... The food in Chang Rai was amazing. Really nice people... Breakfast for me was okey They have is bread so you could toasted Gelly and butter,they also have a coffee machine. I really would be back if ever visit Chang Rai again...Love this place

The only thing i recommend is a shower curtain and long mirror to see how your clothes fit. Other then that is was perfect for my family and me...

I have stayed here twice and have been thoroughly satisfied. The hotel is located in the main center of town, near many restaurants that are open at the latest any business in Chiang Rai can be opened for! The street is quiet, so you won't hear excessive noise during odd hours, and the beds are super comfortable. The showers provide nice warm water, and cleaning service is always available, every day, upon request, with no additional charge! The staff also speak fluent English, so you can communicate with them about any interests you may have about the city that you want to explore further.

During my stay, I unfortunately lost a personal item, which I only realized after I had checked out and left the hotel. To my surprise, the staff at Baan Warabordee went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost item. They arranged for it to be sent back to me via courier, and even kept me updated on the status of the delivery. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and kindness shown by the staff at Baan Warabordee. Their dedication to ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay is evident in everything they do. The staff were very friendly. There was always someone around the reception area if any help was needed. The garden outside is wonderful and is as seen in the pictures. The area is quiet and you can sleep peacefully, as long as other guests don't make noise of course. The location is very good as you have a 7/11, markets, clock tower, and bus terminal within walking distance.

Some of the ceiling area needed more dusting and cleaning. While taking a shower, water spills over to the rest of the bathroom floor area. Maybe a rod with a shower curtain will fix this.

I loved this little spot. A 10 minute walk from the bus station which was just doable with a big rucksack. So locality was lovely and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and clearly take pride in their guesthouse. The room was basic but met all my needs. The free tea, coffee and toast for breakfast was very welcomed. The cute small courtyard with a fish pond was a lovely place to sit and plan your day’s itinerary. I would stay here again.

Our stay was quite decent overall, with a few positives worth mentioning. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was decent. One of the standout features was its convenient location. Situated just a few blocks away from the city center, we found it convenient for accessing nearby amenities such as massages, supermarkets, and restaurants. Furthermore, I found the pricing to be reasonable.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which disrupted our sleep and made it difficult to relax in the room. Additionally, we found that there were not enough towels provided, particularly for using on the floor after taking a shower. This was inconvenient and made it challenging to keep the bathroom area clean and dry.

This is a very cozy accommodation with excelent value for money. The outside area is quite pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they even kept our bags for a couple of hours after check-out. The room was clean and in good condition. They also offer a simple breakfast option with toast and coffee based on a "tip what you want" system, which is very nice. The guesthouse is located close to the centre of the city and the night market, which is always a plus.
