Le Patta was a surprise to find and stay at. We booked in for 3 nights, room 214, overlooking the pool. Room is modern and spotlessly clean. Mini-bar restocked daily for free. Staff were outstanding, greetings & smiles every day. On-site laundry machines - change and detergent obtained at reception. There's also a "breakroom" for guests, which has snacks and drinks for guests during the day. The location of the hotel is perfectly located directly between the Night Bazaar (nightly shopping) and Walking Street (huge market on Saturday nights only) - and just down the street from the clock tower. Daily breakfast was awesome - the food on the buffet was hot! - and you are also able to choose to have unlimited ordering options from a menu of around a dozen items. Parking is limited at the front of the hotel (approx 8 spots), but street parking is also available. We ate at Ribs & Co (across the street, to the left, about 50m) and it was delicious. This is a great little hotel, with outstanding service in the best location. We would stay again for sure!

Excellent hotel. Polite and efficient reception team, couldn’t help enough. Hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious and well furnished. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was quite relaxing. Bathroom is nicely fitted out with a good shower, all immaculately clean. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant, a good selection of cereals and fruit and fresh cooked Thai or European if you wish, something for everyone. Pool was nice, it’s large enough so it can be used for lounging or exercising. A lot of points of interest are walkable from the hotel, those that weren’t we hired a tuk tuk from the taxi / bus depot just around the corner from the hotel.

The lounge with free drinks, snacks and some sandwiches. Free minibar with soft drinks and snacks in the room. Very close to the night Bazaar and other restaurants. The breakfast was also good and all the staff were very nice. Next to the lounge they had a washing room with washing machine and a dryer you can use for 90 Bahts, this was a life-saver as we were in the middle of a 3-week trip.

The shower was clogged and left standing water, making it unpleasant to use. No ironing board in the room, you have to go to the washing room if you need to iron something.

Very peaceful location but easy walk to night market and cafes and to Tuk Tuk to get to see temples. Free shuttle to bus to Chiang Mai and also great breakfast. Staff very friendly and complimentary snacks was a lovely extra. Having access to laundry was great. Having a balcony overlooking pool was great to relax. Plenty of free water also provided.

Only complaint was the hot water was only luke warm at best. So quick showers were had.

The driver at the airport was a great relief as he was very kind from the baggage claim, he guided us to the SUV, then we headed to the hotel. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by the staff at the car and everyone was very welcoming. The check in was smooth and we rested in the room a bit before heading out to the temples. Breakfast in the morning was beyond our expectations; the staff were attentive and kind. The location was great it was right near the bus terminal to head back to Chiang Mai and it was near the Night Bazaar where we shopped and ate. There was even live music.

Everything was great! We thought the pool was small, but we didn't come here for the pool.

Highly impressed. I never give a 10. This hotel has the extra. Free minibar no alcohol, use of washing machines and dryers for 90tbt each. Complimentary snacks. Good breakfast choices 6.30 to 10.30am. Helpful and cheerful staff. Good sized room, balcony with clothes rack, good shower, comfortable beds. Netflix available. Fridge and kettle. Location not bad just round the corner from night market and bus station which was useful. We walked to the bus station and hired a tuc tuc for 600tbt which took us round 4 different cultural sites. Swimming pool Complimentary towels too.

Minor things. Washers wereset on cottons and could not be changed. We put clothes in and had to empty quickly. Would recommend hotel changes settings to a cooler wash. No restaurant in evening but this is OK as plenty if choice nearby.

This hotel is excellent. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the Night Bazaar. The rooms are large, bright and modern. The bed is so comfortable. The aircon is quiet, and the wifi is good.. We loved the extra little touches, such as the free snacks and drinks. The hotel bikes are also free to use and are well maintained. The gym (also free) was large, well equipped, and very clean. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice to please every taste. Above all, and without exception, the staff are all lovely.

I loved the location - very central and walkable to many cafes, restaurants and the night bazaar. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Rai. The room was so spacious and comfortable - I had plenty of space for my suitcases. Comfy bed, great shower. There were many choices at the breakfast buffet - delicious scrambled eggs! I also appreciated the on-site laundry to be able to wash my clothes while traveling for an extended period of time. The staff was all so lovely and friendly.

It would be great if the TVs had Netflix access. A minor issue as most of my time was spent outside, but it’s nice to watch a bit of TV before bed. There was some noise transfer from neighbouring rooms and a nearby bar, which could bother light sleepers. Otherwise, the hotel was pretty quiet despite being on a main road.

We had a great, spacious, clean and comfortable room with a wonderful King size bed. A good size balcony made our morning coffee break very nice. Great shower with strong water pressure. TV with local stations as well as Netflix. Fridge was stocked with complimentary water, soda, ice tea and snacks. Now that’s a first (complimentary I mean). Delicious buffet breakfast served every morning between 6:30-10:00 am in their restaurant with many options from Thai food (off a menu) to Western options including omelet station. Superb! Location could not be beat. Literally 5 minutes walking to Chiang Rai’s night bazaar and a 15 minute walk to the famous clock tower. Staff…second to none. All were absolutely terrific and welcoming.

Location location location. Close to a night market, the golden clock and a good massage place, as well as some great food; this place is well situated! Plus the.staff is nice, they have self service laundry and you get a few free snacks in the fridge!
