A large cosy, comfortable and quiet room. I was on the third floor and there is no elevator, but that's alright with me as I am fit enough to climb the stairs ok. It could be a problem with older people though. Still a good location with the bamboo tour company just up the road that organised my tours. Just a short walk to the night market with the different variety of foods and of course 7 eleven for the little things I needed including the beers to take back. All in all a very good place to stay.

This is a really nice hotel in a very good location. It is set back from the centre and is nice and quiet, but is in an easy walking distance to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great too.

Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Always ready with a smile and answer to any question seemed to be yes. Pool is lovely and breakfast was plentiful, but not hot enough for my preference. Rooms are good and lovely and clean. Did I mention the staff? 😁

The are no lifts to the upper floors

Pros: • Great location: The hotel is close to the night market and city center, making it convenient for walking around and exploring Chiang Rai. • Spacious rooms: The rooms are large and comfortable, suitable for families or travelers with multiple bags. • Quiet surroundings: The hotel is in a relatively peaceful area, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. • Free parking: There is a dedicated parking area, which is a great bonus for those renting a car. • Swimming pool available: The pool is a nice feature for relaxation, especially after a long day of sightseeing. • Reasonable price: The rate is average—not too low or too high—considering the location and room size.

Cons: • Cold reception: The front desk staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, which gives a poor first impression. • Presence of insects: We noticed cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. While the hotel is surrounded by nature, regular pest control is necessary to avoid discomfort. • Cleanliness could be improved: Some areas lacked proper attention to cleanliness. • Very limited breakfast: The breakfast is quite basic and may not satisfy those looking for variety or high quality.

The mattress was really comfortable and both the room and bathroom clean and provided with hygiene supplies (even toothbrush/toothpaste etc.) The staff at reception were friendly and booked for us a daily tour, which was amazing. Breakfast was satisfying enough, just oriented a bit more already towards lunch. Location was nice and quiet, further from the centre, but still close enough (15-20 mins walking time).

The AC in our room was smelling very bad (like when it's mouldy) so we better decided to turn it completely off. There were no wardrobes or drawers even (for us didn't matter at all, but for a longer stay would be worse). The swimming pool was nice and clean but the area around doesn't look as nice as on the pictures and the ladder to go inside the pool was broken, so it needs a little bit of caring. All in all, the stay was worth the money and we still enjoyed ourselves.

It’s a quiet location and using taxis, easy to get out and see the amazing sights of Chaing Rai. There’s a restaurant just outside the pedestrian gate called ‘Books’ which is just great but if you really want the best place in town, Grab taxi to ‘Chivit Thamma Da’. Simply AMAZING. We went four times in two days.

In rooms above the reception desk, the mattresses lay on a solid concrete wall to wall bed. You can’t walk by or next to the bed, but have to roll on and off the concrete lump. It’s not fun and not enjoyable. But it’s a design fault with I guess this entire block. If you’re young, it’s fun. If you’re old it’s bloody awful!! Also, ask for freshly cooked scrambled eggs! I ate the cold pre fried but undercooked eggs and spent a day in bed and toilet. It might not have been the eggs but…

Very nice place, specially if you come in family, group or friends. The hotel is very well located, one street from the high street. You can walk everywhere. Calm area to stay and sleep. Great resort with nice restaurant buffet for breakfast. Easy for transport and pick up taxi or plan visit. They have a group tour offer at the reception for the main places to visit out of the town. Which was very worthy and great experience. Thank you so much.

All the property is well and good quality for the place. The room and bathroom very large and clean, but not very high standard. All bathroom sets are provided.

Room was very clean and the bed and pillow were super comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly, happy to help with any questions or problems. The breakfast was good, with Thai and Western options. The pool is great too. Also, amazing location, only a short walk to the town's night bazaar and street food market.

My only problems were with the bathroom. After flushing the toilet there was always a sewage kind of smell that would last in the air for a few minutes. Not a big deal but not pleasant

Amazing location 10 minutes to the nightlife. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms seemed recently refurbished, small but expected. The reception and hallways were a little tired looking, so my first impressions were not so good however this changed quickly and I had a fantastic stays The bed was very hard however we ended up sleeping very well and was comfortable. The pool area was amazing. The breakfast was a good selection, although more selection of fruit would have been better. The breakfast room was beautiful.

The Shower temperature was temperamental, but didn’t mind having a cold shower due to hot weather

We stayed in a deluxe family room and enjoyed the spaciousness of the very clean room, large bathroom and even separate dressing room. Breakfast was good, coffee great and the staff very accommodating of our early check in. We liked it so much we came back again. Location was within walking distance of the main drag with the night bazaar so we were able to go each night.

We were on the third floor and as there was no lift we needed to go up the stairs. (The staff will help you with luggage). This was ok for us but people with mobility issues or small children might have trouble so ask for a ground floor room.
