This is a phenomenal property in its cost-class. Things started off right with the staff letting me check in a few hours early after I had flown in the from the US. Very kind of them. The room itself was airy, clean, and fully functional. The hot water was hot; internet was strong; the hotel was quiet; and best of all, the location was very convenient to just about everything I could want to walk to. There was a great gym not far away, plus all the bars. Just in front of the hotel are carts selling all types of cooked eggs, vegetables, and meats. Then there's the 7-11. For what it cost, it was perfect!

The location of the hotel is good, it's a few minutes to the night market, there"s a 7-Eleven just next door, street food outside, and things to see in the neighborhood. A bonus is the little cute rooftop terrace if you want to be outside and not cooped up in the room after coming back from a walk or so. I was not well one of the days staying here, so I didn't put the sign to have a turndown service, but they left a basket with fresh towels, toiletries, and water at the door which I found very sweet. Clean rooms, good service, value for money. I would recommend it.

Very cute place! The welcome area was very nice. They have a koi pond and seating area. They also have a roof top area too. It felt very tropical. The room was nice. Once you walk out to the main road, there are a few local stalls and a short walk; there was food stalls.

This building has only 2 levels of rooms. And not elevators. Luckily, we only had one luggage and we had to carry that up the stairs. So, if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared. The AC did leak when we had it on.

The overall interior desing of this small hotel in a little run-down area seems like a paradise out of nowhere. The staffs are friendly and the property is well-maintained. For this price, I can't complain more.

The water pressure of hotel room should be stronger. Besides that the morning coffee served in the lobby should be filled up and have clear indications / instructions given to the occupants. This would greatly help all the occupants.

Clean, good size room. Comfortable bed. Large communal terrace upstairs. The 2 nights we were there, no one ever used it.

No breakfast available at the hotel but there is a 7/11 just round the corner from the hotel where we purchased what we needed. The hotel is next door to hospital entrance so we had to keep the windows closed for the noise but with the air con that wasn’t a problem.

The flat was very nice, although the bathroom could use some maintenance, the ceiling especially. . Would happily stay there again

The bathroom, even if modern, could use a refresh. No balcony in my room, even if indicated in booking (some rooms have a balcony and some don't). However, there was a very nice shared terrace on rooftop

We were only there for a night, the hotel was nice and clean and there is a nice garden with fish and a cat.

Communication with the hotel could have been better. We just got an "ok" when we had some questions and messages, and it made us feel like we're getting an automated message, so we had to call Booking support to make sure everything was ok.

The bed, the spaciousness of the room

The shower space is large but you cannot use it due to the location of the pipes and wose which force you to get a shower in a corner of less than 1 square meter wide between a column and the wall which is really uncomfortable. It should be easy to improve that.

The property is well-equiped and clean, the hosts are extremely kind. It is a family-run complex with a lovely ambience. I can whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking but it was the middle of the rainy season and I trust it will be fixed by high-season.
