Stayed in Room 707. It was clean, had all the basic amenities and an in-room safe. Queen sized bed was comfortable. In-room slippers and bathrobe provided. Great location and a 5 minutes walk to the famous Chiang Rai Clock Tower. Despite the room facing a main road it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Outside the hotel there were more than enough convenience shops (7-11, etc) and local food shops and cafe. Easy walking distance to of about 7-10 minutes to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.

Perhaps the hotel requires a fresh coat of paint externally. In Room would say that the Room needs a refresh. It is functional now but could use some additional tender loving care.

We had room 669. Loud room in the sense that you can hear a lot inside your room, especially from adjacent room and hallway. There were a lot of Chinese tourists. Very loud people, one was even having a very loud phone call in the hallway and his room at 3 in the morning.

Clean, airy lobby, fully staffed front desk, two lifts working at good speed..... good buffet breakfast. Outstanding pool, a salt water pool - so much nicer than chlorine. Room was decent size, bathroom worked as expected and had no structural shortcomings..... linens were very good. Management here really has trained the staff well. this hotel is a top line operation, that stands with the best four star European quality levels. Location is fantastic, not that I needed central. Travelling on a motorcycle, I need comfort and peace n quiet. This hotel was perfect.

The choice was based on my need for a decent stay after time on the motorcycle staying in 2 and 3 stars. Sann looked a bit industrial in the listing photos, but appeared well run. It was - very good staff, lovely open area Reception, very good breakfast. My room had a good shower, especially love the space in the shower to stand outside the radius of the water in order to soap up. The linens were very satisfying, often-laundered heavy cotton feels SO good on the skin. Everything in the room worked, and the final comment is the magnificent salt-water pool - a huge pool in immaculate condition. This hotel exhibits thorough staff training, so everywhere you see the high cleaning and maintenance routines. Highly recommend the Sann Hotel.

Comfortable bed with USB outlets available right over the nightstand, compared to other hotels with inconveniently located outlets requiring an adapter. Spacious bathroom with typical amenities; hot water with stable, good pressure available. Lots of counter space. Fantastic breakfast buffet spread with hot and cold options available starting at 0600. Check-in and check-out process efficient and explained well.

The location was near the ornate clock tower and it is walking distance to the excellent Saturday night market. The breakfast spread is good enough, where everything needed is available. They only serve peppermint tea bags.

There is no fitness corner for a quick run on the treadmill. The weekday traffic outside the hotel is packed as there is a school beside the hotel so for a morning flight out, best to start off early.

Location is in the middle of town about 350 m from clock tower and 550 m from night bazaar. It is also near MM morning fresh veggie/ food market. Taking Grab everywhere is inexpensive. Do not take taxi from in front of hotel, taxis there overcharge!!! Hotel breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, especially coffee from machine. There is also a clean swimming pool . Good Location and parking. Room very clean, comfortable and spacious, Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful. Plenty of food and stores close by. Nice location close to clock tower for navigation. Pool and toilets very clean.

We found that the sugar already been open but still in room maybe they are rush to prepare room for us. Not sure what the soap in the shower was, but it did not really smell or wash like soap. Shampoo appeared same product, could be improved. Very minor gripes about a lovely stay.

The hotel was in a central location, near to most of the sights and markets (the bigger temples was a little bit far, I recommend to call a taxi for those, but it is not the fault of the hotel). The breakfast was perfect also.

Basically everything was fine and the employees of the hotel was helpful. However, the free wifi was a little bit slow in the rooms, it is recommended to have mobile net if you need internet, because the wifi may not be enough.

Clean and comfortable. Free and plentiful parking! Included free breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with a large variety of dishes and drinks. Value for money is ridiculously good! I'd stay here again with no hesitation

Rained the whole time I was there so I didn't manage to use the pool. Pool looked nice though.
