Fabulous luxury resort, a little away from main city and close to the river. The view from the hotel is awesome. As you would expect from Marriot Bonvoy hotels, service, amenities, ambience are all top class. The property is huge and have lot of spots to take nice photos. The swimming pool is big and one section overlooks the river. The view of sunset from pool is amazing. The water is not cold so even when it was drizzling lightly we enjoyed at pool. The room is very spacious and they provided a complimentary extra bed for our son which is much appreciated. Balcony is spacious and has a good view of the property. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. Bathroom door doesn't have a lock, not sure why it's done that way. Room has all amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The property is huge so its good walk to reception area or pool. Also easy to get lost as it's all similar looking. Overall it's a fantastic property to chill and have a quiet time.

The mattress and pillows are quite soft to our liking. TV doesn't have option to connect to Netflix, YouTube which is surprising as even 3 star hotels provide this these days.

We were in a deluxe room, which was very spacious, with a big bathroom and a separate wardrobe, so it was very comfortable. The staff is at a very high level, from reception to security in front of the road. The breakfast is fantastic for every person who needs a healthy, Asian, partly European, and very variable breakfast. Both restaurants are a very good choice for dinner. This restaurant is a very good starting point if you want to discover the fantastic Chiang Rai region.

The swimming and kids' pool was a little bit cold for us; I think a hot tub would be incredible. The morning temperature is 19-20 degrees, so the pool can't be warm enough until the day (the afternoon temperature was 32 degrees).

Super spacious and cozy room. Loved the terrace and the bed. There are 2 restaurants (Thai and Italian) and cafe/ bar in the hotel, and all of them offered very good foods and drinks. The staff were very nice and friendly. I had Spa treatment which was excellent and my boyfriend enjoyed the gym facilities. It’s quiet and chilled place, and we you enjoyed our relax time there.

It is little far from the city center and you need to take taxi from the hotel. But you can use Grab easily and it’s only about 10mins ride.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and thoughtful surprises for our children at check-in, making them feel special right away. The hotel’s lush green grounds are impeccably maintained, offering a serene and relaxing environment. The dining experience was another highlight—breakfasts were fresh and varied, while the dinners at the Thai restaurant were simply outstanding. Every meal was a delight! The hotel staff deserves special praise—they were always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely engaged in making our stay perfect. Our spacious and spotless room, along with excellent room service, made our stay even more comfortable. Beyond the hotel, it served as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful region of Chiang Rai. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Very very friendly personal everywhere in the hotel - breakfast, reception, pool, cleaning ladies, gate. There was nobody who was unfriendly/not smiling/not greeting. We really liked the cleaning personal - each time when we went for breakfast, they noticed the sign at the door almost immediately and when we returned from the breakfast, it was already cleaned and we have to say they were cleaning really properly, we also saw how detailed they were cleaning the balcony. At the breakfast was a big choice of foods, we loved the fresh juice station, the eggs were delicious, the breakfast was not always the same and we also liked the thai ice creams for the breakfast! It was also possible to take a takeaway drink from the breakfast - iced tea, coffee... We loved the pools, they had beautiful views, the temperature of water was very pleasant - not too cold, and we loved the opening hours - the pool was open till 20:00, but also a little bit later nobody kicked us out - it was great, in a day we could do a program and then in the evening we could take a refreshing swim. The hotel has also a parking garage - very practical. The room was spacious, modern, clean with a beautiful view.

We liked everything ☺️. The hotel was in a very good condition, but maybe some areas would need a small tiny makeover - where the water is, the stones would need a little bit cleaning/repainting... Even though there was beautiful grass and trees, hotel could maybe have a little bit more plants, maybe some sea roses - it would make the place even friendlier and more beautiful.

This was out third visit to this hotel and we came with a family group of 9 for 5 days. It is a magic place and the magic still exists. The location on the river is the main focus and the landscaping is brilliant. It is a large hotel but never feels it. The streets behind have a village feel and are well away from the chaos of downtown.

The food options were a little eclectic. I found dining in was laborious and would have preferred some more conventional options. We had a problem on the last night when thee was a loud party in a room near us, which started at about midnight. I couldn’t contact anyone from the hotel to report this. It went on until 2.30 am. There should be a contactable night manager.

The layout of the property and the architecture makes you feel like royalty. The amenities are all top quality. The food options are great and the staff are super friendly.

The property could do with a makeover as I found many worn and repaired finishings. For example the scum build up in the corners of the bathroom. The windows need better cleaning as they fog instantly due to condensation. The hotel could partner with a local grocery store to help guests purchase items like toiletries and cigarettes.

Staff were all very helpful and kind. The Spa was exceptional, food and service was great.

Our room was close to the smoking area, we could smell cannabis being smoked when sitting on our balcony and at the pool. Not very pleasant, if i had children with me i would have found this to be upsetting.

The location and the outside were so great ! Very big room comfortable and nice decorated. The staff was smiling and gentle. All the hotel was nice decorated specially the reception. We could walk around in the large garden with old trees. There were two wonderful restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional with all you can want to eat : fresh juices, local cooking but also western one. Even gluten and lactose free !

The hotel is lovely , the staff are all very attentive and polite, always willing to go the extra mile , always with a smile in their faces. We were upgraded to a huge room with a nicer view facing the pool. Amazing food in the Thai restaurant and italian Favola, breakfast is delicious here. Booked a massage in their Spa; my therapist was Koi and she was great , a super good professional with great skills. Special thanks to Aun,Buck and Mean in Favola restaurant for their great service. Also many thanks to Aoi for her professionalism. In the reception we were lucky enough to be helped by the amazing Tee, thank you for your great service. I can't thank you enough! We will definitely come back when in Chiang Rai. Thank you all very much !
