Breakfast menu is very limited and not replenished after 9am even though breakfast window is from 7am -10am. Only one room key is issued for a family room of 3 adults. You need to pay for additional room key. Shower gel and shampoo not replenished. Have to ask the staff at front desk to do so.

there were ants everywhere seemed like an ant infestation - woke up to all over bedside table and they were in the bathroom shower was cold no luggage storage

I cannot recommend this hotel......Had an issue with the booking. I traveled with 5 friends (all separate rooms). We all booked on our own. We all booked the superior double (+/- 800 bhat/nt). All my friends were charged this amount. I have a written confirmation of my superior double booking. I was charged 1500 bhat/nt). I contacted Booking and they said it wasn't them. This hotel ripped me off. When I emailed the manager and explained the situation and asked for a refund for the overcharge they refused. Besides that the rooms are pretty bad. When I asked for an extra pillow they refused to give one. The water smells pretty bad and had to use bottled water to brush my teeth. There was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast is cold noodles and bread. All my friends and I decided the breakfast was so limited we ended up eating out. There are lots of hotels in the area that I'm sure are much better choices....
