I think it is the small family hotel. The staff was very helpful, breakfast good. The room is spacious. Bed - king size. The hotel area is great.

Toilet and shower area is the same, so when you take a shower the toilet gets wet. It is inconvenient to walk to the city center, there are no sidewalks.

The place is very quite and clean… Madame Dik and staffs are so friendly and kindly. First time , I travelled alone, a bit worry as first but with them. I am feeling like my home . Thank you again and hope to see all you guy soon . I miss all 🪷🥰

The room was huge, and had two bathrooms, one only with a shower, the other one with toilet and a bathtub.

Even though we were at the top floor, the noise from the bars in the street below was quite loud.

Lovely and charming hotel with cozy ambiance and very friendly and always available staff. Garden and terrace are really cozy and pleasant. Rooms are nice and extremely clean. Location is good, close to the Blue Wat and some nice restaurantes on the river side, and not far from the city center.

There were ants in our room and all over the bed, it was hard to fall asleep

The location - across the river from the main downtown area of Chiang Rai. Very difficult to flag down a taxi, tuk tuk and grab cars did not frequent the area. We had to walk over the busy bridge with no sidewalk one evening because we couldn't get transportation! When taxis did stop, they never heard of the hotel name and location even when we showed the driver on Google maps. The hotel needs to be aware of this problem and inconvenience to their guests. Perhaps the hotel name changed recently which is why no one heard of it? It's very close to the white temple so not sure why locating is was so difficult. We ended up just getting dropped off there then walking over to the hotel. Infuriating situation!

Nice place, clean and a bit away from the main road, so not too noisy. Very fast WiFi. Walking distance to the Blue Temple.

Not much around, better for people with own transport.

The location just off the main highway (Route 1) and close to the city. Plenty of space to park the car.

I asked for two beds but got one. The shower area is very small. There is a side gate to the side road which would provide more convenience for travelling north, but the times of its opening are not clear. There is an extra charge for breakfast which I refused because you can get better deals elsewhere. There were mosquitos in the room and toilet but luckily the weather was cold enough to make them inactive. It will be different when the weather gets warmer.
