The location is convenient, the cleanliness of reception area/restaurant/pathway, many parking lots, valued for the price. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Some dirty spots or old traces in the room ie. toilet's door, sink, wall. And the toilet's door is not proper so make noise when try to close.

Very nice staff, the pictures are true with no surprises except for some mold in the shower but thats all of thailand…

Very poor breakfast, not even bread, we needed to eat outside after, also no coffee. Mold in the shower

Clean and comfortable room. Possibility to rent a scooter, which is really useful. For breakfast only rice soup I think with pork. I didn't use it. I would have liked more choice. All in all a good stay!

Doors banging and people shouting in the corridor. Not the hotels fault.

I would have liked easier access to hot water for tea making. Either the loan of a kettle for my room or all day access to the water boiler in the breakfast area.

The staff were kind. The room was spacious, the bed linens were fresh, nice hot shower.

Nice hotel for reasonable price. Right by the main road with enough parking space just under the hotel - perfect for those with rented car. plenty shops and street food nearby. We have had a nice spacious family room connected via doors so kids could sleep alone. View on town. Pretty quiet on fifth floor. Free water, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush etc. Worth the price. Didn't check the TV channels as been busy exploring the beautiful Chiang Rai.

The bed was a bit hard for our taste but somebody might prefer it this way. Unfortunately no safe in room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They have well maintained rooms with all the necessary facilities. From here you can visit to most of the tourist attractions points in short time.
