This is a nice hotel In Chiang Rai in a quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to the city centre/ night market/ clock tower (cca. 10-15 minutes). Breakfast was included, which was basic western one (toast and tea/ coffee) still fine for a hassle- free ànd quick meal to start the day, but a small selection of other kind is also available for a charge at the hotel, or there are local eateries/ street food nearby (1-3 minutes walk), a small shop is also approx 1 min walk from the property. There are some parking spaces available in front of the hotel, thus suitable for guests arriving by car/ scooter. Room was clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot. Not all the staff speaks English, but all of them were nice and smiley. We had a nice stay there.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We really felt welcomed with our children. Whenever we asked for something we got it straight away with a smile ( fresh towels and extra pillow, …). Simple but clean room. We where surprised that basic breakfast with toast/jam and coffee or hot chocolate was included and we could refill our water. Great parking for motorbike and I think even car. Cheap restaurant and store around the corner. Amazing value for money. A great example that low budget can be great.

Very nice hotel. Big comfortable room with a fridge and nice window overlooking the stream at the back. New bottles of water left outside the room everyday. Great value. Quiet and great for a good night's sleep

We had a motorbike so found it easy going I and out of the town but if you didn't it is about a 20 minute walk to the centre.

Pimann hotel was great for our 2 night stay in Chiang Rai. The queen room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The reception staff were also very friendly.

The hotel is a little bit out of the city but you can easily get a tuk tuk to the main temples and/or walk the 20 minutes into the centre of town.

Good quality price ratio: for a medium level hotel in Thailand was half priced.

The position is a little outside the downtown but not so far from there, Chiang Rai is a very quiet and small town anyway.

The staff was very helpful , when we need to have the shower head sorted they did it with in thr hour. The location wasn't the best 20 minute walk in to the centre but it was nice walk in and out . Bed soft and comfy. Room was nice and big and clean . Free Coffee and toast for breakfast perfect.

Massive room with lots of amenities. Comfy bed. Good walk-in shower.

Bit out of town but most things to visit in Chiang Rai are dotted around so we hired a motorbike and it was fine.
