Really big rooms, very clean and very comfortable beds.

The elevator stopped working briefly and when it did work it was very loud just outside my room. The reception staff Rep spoke very little and seemed a bit disinterested. She smiled at check-out and that was the first time we saw her smile 😁

Breakfast was good, it was well located - we were less than 10 min walk from the saturday night market, 15min walk from the clock tower, 10 min walk from the bus station, very easy to walk around. Laundry shop available 5 min walk from the hotel, with a great service.

The wifi connection was very unstable and was always failing. The smell of food from breakfast was felt on the 4th floor.

Twin beds room was quite wide and clean, also equipped with a refrigeratorair, an air purifier and a sanitary alcohol dispenser.

View from a room window due to the houses and buildings are pretty close and not comfort to leave the window curtain during stay in own room.

Comfortable room, good breakfast and a great location to stay in for exploring Chiang Rai. The assistance and welcome from the reception staff was amazing - they helped me with booking bus tickets, printing, laundry and arranging a taxi to the airport. I would happily return.

WiFi was good, but sometimes it dropped off which was annoying. I am sure with the help of a technician that the signal can be boosted on the second floor.

Nice spread of breakfast which changes everyday. Hotel was clean and staff were professional and nice. I didnt want my room cleaned so the cleaning lady provided me bottles of water , coffee, towel separately which was very nice of them. Close to many attractions.

Lovely comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. The room had tea & coffee facilities. Night market / flower festival was just around the corner.

Property was a little out of the way from Night Bazzar & the main cafes & restaurants. Not a big deal as we had to rent a scooter in order to go see all the temples etc anyway. We did not enjoy the breakfast.
