The pool & property was beautiful and clean. The towel art of elephants was super cute too. The staff was really sweet and helpful, they didn't speak much English but went out of their way to help us out. Peanut butter for breakfast was out of this world; so were the jams.

As a vegan / vegetarian, we had limited options available. They did say if we had informed sooner we could have had more dishes, but we were so happy with the peanut butter & jam that we didn't mind eating that for day 2 as well :D

Hotel was within walking distance to the clock tower maybe 20 minutes. Staff were really nice except those at breakfast. Room was nice and big. Wasn't sure why there was only 1 bedside table as there was plenty of room for another. So had to use the chair. Windows to the balcony were so clean that my husband never notice they were closed and walked into them at least 3 times. Maybe put some sort of strip across them? Everything was good except the breakfast which let's it down

Couldve got a 10 except the Breakfast wasn't great. Not much of a choice. If they were running low on anything it pretty much stayed that way. The 2 plates of fruit never looked fresh. The staff were so miserable looking aswell and definitely not approachable.

Very friendly check-in. Good and secure off street parking. Nice little pool. Nice view over suburbia from balcony. I would have loved this place without other guests inconsideration

Shower in the bath with no anti slip mat. No sound proofing. You can hear A/C, toilet flushing, shower and door slamming from neighbouring rooms. No safe. Need transport to get into town

It’s been our Chiang Rai home for many times now and always pleased.Good breakfast clean room very friendly stuff,comfy beds.Swimmingpool clean. We’ll coming back .

Well as the weather was such bad during burning hot seasons would be something for a closed breakfast room. Bathroom are outdated a bit moldy but that’s everywhere in Thailand.

Pretty much everything, staff were great, loved the reception being outdoors, just looked right! The place looked amazing and the room was nice

My key card was a pain, kept messing up a lot! The location is okay but not bang on, either 20/25 minute walk into the bars and restaurants or get a Grab/taxi which is obviously very cheap

The pool was lovely for the kids, Thai food in the morning was varied and interesting. Plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice location for a bit of down time during our travels.

The outside of the resort seems to have been recently done up but rooms are a bit behind. We were initially concerned about our bed as it was exceptionally stiff, then we realised the mattress has been turned over. I was able to fix the wobbly sink tap, but the water bidet kept releasing pressure by spraying all over the bathroom floor. Staff were excellent about cleaning it each day.

This place was so nice and tranquil to stay at. Lovely rooms, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were as happy as could be. The restuarant made some incredibly delicious food too - some of the best weve had in thailand. 100% this place deserves more bookings!

Staff were pleasant, welcoming and always cheerful. Reception staff spoke and understood English. Free return shuttle to night Market and city. The included buffet breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice.

The tranquility of the grounds, seating and swimming pool area's were all shattered by very noisy building and renovation works taking place at the reception building and a room block, on all the days we tried to relax outside. Disappointing really, as otherwise a great clean pool area and one of the main reasons I booked this hotel above others. A bit out of town, so not the most convenient for shopping or sightseeing. The night time shuttle helped but would have been nice to have had it offered daytime too.

Great little resort. Breakfast was adequate but plentiful. Staff were very helpful . Very clean and well maintained and cared for.

I booked a Superior room thinking it was the best but turned out Deluxe is the top room. Can't understand why they don't have wardrobes in the rooms , advertised as clothing rack which is 3 hooks behind the door. However the staff appeared with a proper clothes hanging rack so all was well. Large bed was two 3.5 ft beds pushed together which made for a big bed but not very practical.

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden. Very good breakfast. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On Sunday the breakfast is less fancy. It is about 150 baht tuktuk ride to and from the center of town.
