In terms of value for money, it was outstanding: good breakfast, nice green views from our balcony, a comfortable room with everything you might need and there's even a swimming pool, too. Som and her staff are very friendly and caring - and they do a great job. There are lovely personal touches - notes w/sweets in the evenings and teddy bears in the rooms. Despite being somewhat outside of the city center, there are at least 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance: Vivien House and Shann's at the Pan Kled Villa. What's nice about not being in the city center: it's quiet. Apart from one smoking area outside, smoking is prohibited.

The bed was rather hard. The location was fine for us, because we had our own transportation - it's a 40 min. walk to the center of town (and yes, I did walk it).

Superbe! The welcome: everybody wants to make your stay as perfect as he can. The smiles, the service. Everyday in the room, we had a sweet and a lovely advice on trips to go to or specialities to taste. The hotel: very quiet. A swimming pool. The room are very nice with a balcony, the beds comfortable, an independent shower. The breakfast: a buffet with cornflakes, eggs, toasts, jam, Thai soup, etc We recommand.

What an sensational find in chang rai, one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in thailand! The manager Som is so wonderful and helpful she made us feel welcome the moment we stepped in! The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need , bed is perfect, ac works too well everything is sparkling clean and the staff are so nice and to top it off breakfast was like staying at home only better..thank you Som for letting us stay in your beautiful resot❤

Well, laundry charges are exceptionally very high which we don't know about. And loss too much in that. Please inform another guest about the charges before.

A nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The receptionist went to great lengths to make the stay comfortable and arranged for a taxi when I was unable to get one. The location is slightly distant from the main attractions but the front desk staff helped with suggestions on getting around so it was not much of a problem. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff left little notes in the room with messages which was a sweet gesture.

It's a 25 minute walk to the town and 10 minute walk to 711 plus a few local restaurants. I don't mind walking anyway but had a bike aswell. As it was out of town it was very peaceful. Staff friendly and som on reception is a lovely lady and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday if you need it. Would come back again if in chiang rai.

Very friendly and helpful staff that even speaks good English. Comfortable, clean and tidy rooms. Clean and spacious pool. Great breakfast buffet for Thai standards. Fast and reliable WiFi.

The bicycles are in a very bad shape, that was why we didn't risk riding them. Walls are thin so you might hear non-considerate neighbors. Unfortunately the hotel is to far to the city center for walking.

Great place with very friendly staff. They leave a little note on your bed every day, which is a nice touch. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. Nice continental breakfast offered as well.

No complaints here, will stay again

The Lady at the desk is very very friendly, you can ask her anything. We got help with a long distance taxi, she helped me arrange a scooter pick up. The Room was very clean, nice shower. Good duvet and bed. it's not a high end hotel but cleaner than all the rest I have seen in Thailand. Quiet street not far from the city center (walkable)

We loved the teddy bear and the notes left daily, they were really personal touches. The relaxing music played while overlooking the pool from the balcony was great. The pool was a very good temperature also! The staff were all very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. We ended up staying four nights longer as we were able to see so much and just loved the hotel.
