- Spacious room with enough space to open luggage - Minimalistic design with neat and clean interior - Aircon is not noisy during the night - breakfast was included which we didn’t know

- English of staff was really bad, I had a time communicating and understanding - 90% of the breakfast dishes were served COLD!! I told this to the reception but they didn’t do anything with this matter. - Location could be better, we had to hire a scooter to get places or take grab

The room was clean. And parking was available.

The hotel only has 2 floors with no lift. So if you can't climb stairs, do book your room on ground floor. For that price, there isn't anything to complain, except the staff attended to us was not very friendly.

This hotel seems really new & modern. USB charging points near bedside, less single-use items (such as toothbrush), simple breakfast with enough variety, not too far from the night bazaar, not too far from airport, has nice massage shops nearby

Mosquitoes!!! I got bitten 3 times and my friends said they killed about 8 mosquitoes in 1 night... Remember to bring your mosquito spray if you plan to stay here

Breakfast facilities need to be improved. Even though western style food has been served, table knife were not at the Fork & Spoon Tray. We have to ask for.it. Moreover, the waitress not even realized that was a wrong set up.

Fantastic value-for-money accommodation! Breakfast selection was small but well-catered delicious options. Room was huge and comfortable. There is no convenience shop or amenities within the immediate circumference but a 5-7 min walk will get you to some shops.

After arrival I was wondering why it is called Boutique hotel. To my understanding the setup corresponds to the ones of motels: parking lot accessible directly from the street with rooms stacked next to/ above each others right in front of the parking. Additionally the hotel appears inside a bit clinical and cold. However the rooms and even the hotel as such are designed very very beautifully in a scandinavian way. The breakfast is good, the very young team is very attentive and willing to help. And the rooms are super clean! Honestly I wanted to cancel the rest if my booking on the first evening because of the coldness and the rather noisy first evening. But everything else was so great, that in the end I extended my stay at the sann boutique hotel. (I also figured out that this motel like setup is the typical way of constructing hotel in Chiang Rai. So nothing I should have complained about.)

I would recommend to bring some earplugs. It can be rather noisy from the street outside and other rooms (through the bath room ventilation).

Without wheels, accessibilities to dinner were limited.
