Good breakfast. Nice beach and swimming pools. The rooms have a fridge and everything. There are 2 ac units in the family bungalow. In general it is really great.

Location is a plus: it's quiet, far away from the narrow streets of Kai bae. But, it is far away from the narrow streets of Kai bae. Depends on what you seek. Getting there via the beach is ok during low tide, but during the full moon you can only walk there when it's 6 pm without getting wet. There are taxis. But they are a nuisance as on almost every island we've been. They sometimes want 300 baht for a 3km ride ("it's in the mountains" they say). Yeah, mountains. Even if it was in the Himalayas, the price is steeper than the Nanga Parbat Rakhiot face...

Rooms are cleaned daily, the AC is strong, the patio overlooking the ocean is amazing. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice.

When we left they charged us for a towel which they said we lost, which is impossible because we never took the towels outside the house, we had our own for outiside. The taxi was waiting for us so we couldnt go back to check, whether they missed it somewhere. Not the nicest end, to an otherwise nice stay. Without this accident i would give 10/10.

The position was awesome, the sight from the bungalow was astounding and the guys of the staff were really sweet and ready to help.

The only thing which could have been better is the air conditioning: the machine is kind of old, noisy and doesn't work properly.

Perfect location. We had the sea side bungalow, a couple with 3 kids. We paid extra which was worth it. Beds are hard but like futon mattress. We liked it. Hot water in the shower but not much water pressure. No closet but we managed 6 nights. Nice minibar. Great pool & beach. We took a kayak to ko man nai - was awesome! Worth the money. Breakfast was ok. A bit boring after 3 nights, but the restaurant was pretty good, great prices. Authentic Thai hotel, monkeys, birds, crabs, abit bugs. Parking is near the room. Best price for a private snorkeling tour to Ko wai, Ko khum, Ko laoya. Took us right from the beach. No need to drive all the way to the pier. Was really good price. I recommend this place.

Secured little bay and private. The rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Staff were fantastic and helpful. You can hire mopeds at the hotel. Breakfast was a good variety, would had liked more choice of fruit. Grounds men worked hard and friendly. Everything was a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem. Thanku staff

A bit out of reach for shops, you would have to drive. NOT recommend walking. Though you can walk around the bay to the other resorts in the sea. It was less than knee deep. By pm the tide had gone out. They need a floor squeezey in the bathroom after you have a shower. Would had like a full length mirror, but it's not the end of the world. Some parts of the resort needs a little tlc (restaurant/reception)

We had an amazing stay at Siam Bay, the view across the water is incredible as was the beach and the scenery around the hotel. We stayed in one of the beach front villas which I'd recommend for the views. We hired the kayaks and paddleboards, which was a nice perk and enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant too. You can walk along the beach at low tide to get to other hotels and the nearby town that has lots of nice places to eat at. The staff were incredibly kind (we got food poisoning from a place in town and the staff really looked after us, making plain rice, clear soups and bringing energy drinks. They low key saved us!). I'd 100% stay here again, such such good value for money.

Nothing!

A beautiful, peaceful location. Spent 16 days in one of the hillside bungalows. Comfortable, plenty of space and stunning views. On site restaurant serves great food. Breakfast is absolutely fine, despite what other reviews have said. A range of juices, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, eggs, ham, toast, eggs benedict, traditional Thai and omelettes. All staff are superb and friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating. Plenty of loungers and deck chairs around the 2 pools and on the beach. The lower pool is a great place to watch the sunset. 3 lovely cats on site as well! We didn’t hire a moped, taxis were cheap and it is a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the beach to the main town where there is a supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants. There might be a bit of wading around the closest headland when the tide is in but it is easy enough, even with children.

There is nothing to dislike but would advise keeping your doors locked as monkeys know how to open them!

We chose the seaside bungalows and they were incredible, right on the beach and with large windows that gave a beautiful view of the seafront. The staff were exceptional and so friendly. They definitely made our stay even better, being greeted with smiles every day.

There are trees over the property and monkeys come and eat the fruits which is lovely. The only downside is when the fruit drops onto the bungalow it makes a very loud sound which is scary when you are not expecting it! We got used to it very quickly, but maybe if there is something that could be put on the bathroom roof to help reduce the banging sound that would be amazing.

Beautiful view. Really lovely place. Lovely staff and very affortable scooter rental by the hotel. Overall a good resort and i would stay there again.

The bed was hard as the floor, and toilet was flushing very poorly, the overall water pressure was quite low. And the breakfast wasnt very good. And the price was a bit high. And hotell should give a bit more guidance, for the people staying there with their pets. For example, that you cannot let you dog piss just everywhere. Adult people should know that, but unfortunately it seems that all of them doesnt..

Perfect location, between 2 busy areas, yet absolutely quiet. Good food, lovely rooms and bungalows. You will need to have transportation (scooter works best) if you want to leave the resort. Beachside pool with pleasant deck and lawn. I had to work several hours each day and the internet was more than okay to conduct video calls and share large content emails.

One thing that I run in to in many places in Thailand, is that the beds are very hard. That is way better than too soft, but a top layer would make the beds just that little more relaxing. The other recurring item is the coffee - which is normal given the low consumption among locals.
