Good breakfasts, friendly personnel, nice, clean and comfortable place. It is located right on the beach, good shops and restaurants are also just a few minutes by foot.

Everything was perfect. We were a bit concerned about absence of safe box in the room, but personnel offered us an alternative - lockers near the reception (10 baht), and it worked perfectly, all our belongings were safe after four days of stay.

Really good location in koh Chang. We went for a fancier room with a balcony, it was a real treat. The balcony had a bath and a large seat, it was lovely, got the sunset and sea view. Very clean, staff are friendly, beach towels on request from reception. Breakfast was also good. Fresh coffee at breakfast instead of instant would be icing on top of cake of otherwise a great brekky.

Air con in room was really noisy. The breakfast room was under our bedroom and so was very noisy from 7:30am. The chairs were dragging on the floors, maybe put some pads on the chair legs for future. Not the hotels fault, that I’m aware of, but a local elephant park ride the elephants past the hotel and into the sea closest to the hotel. We went to a different beach for this reason as we didn’t want to watch the elephants being ridden/exploited as it’s not relaxing. Also the elephants poo in the sea (not their fault), I saw a guide pick up the poo and put it in a bin bag, but might change your mind about having a swim!

We stayed in a family bugalow in the second row from the sea. It was great! The bungalow is spacious, the bathroom is huge! With a walk in shower, toilet and a big sink with enough space around it. The beautiful Kae bae beach is just a few steps away and all the restaurants and shops are a minute walk away. The bungalows have a nice terrace and our children spent a lot of time on the grass in front of our bungalows. The location is truly perfect. The staff is nice and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights and would recommend the resort for families.

The breakfast could be better. The first row bungalows need a renovation. (We wanted an upgrade to first row, but after seeing the bungalow, we decided to stay at the more beautiful and renovated second row bungalows.)

The breakfast is great! The resort is next to the beach, perfect for morning dips. Also close to the main strip with restaurants/bars within walking distance, but far enough away that it is very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. Would recommend to anyone.

This is definitely the best location for staying in Koh Chang. Everything is close. Beach is nice and even though elephants are there for tourism, they are cute and its cute when you see them on the beach in the morning! 😊 We had cleaning service each day, as well as breakfast. Staff is very polite and rooms are ok! :) The only thing that bothered me was shower! We didn't have a hand shower, but only a fixed shower and it's a bit awkward to bathe like that when you're a woman or when you have a small child, so you have to bathe him too.

The location. Hotel wa close to the beach and the Main Street with many shops and restaurants. I liked the staff, they replied to all our questions and helped us to organise trips and rent a car.

Breakfast ,the cooked options were not hot enough and in general the quantity was good but quality a little bit disappointing.

There was a misunderstanding of the number of beds required when we arrived, however the matter was resolved reasonably quickly

Nice beach, big bungalow. 2 bathrooms , spacious terrace. Very close to markets, restaurants and shops.Laundry shop nearby .Elephants come often to beach for swim..

Very hard and uncomfortable beds. I susspect it's on purpose to support oocal Massage bussines.

Beautiful and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, varied breakfast. VERY good location!

If there is something to complain about then: pillows were too hard, smell of dampness every time we got back to the room and walls were quite thin (we could hear everything).
