The location was very good, a 10 min stroll from a beautiful beach! The owners and staff friendly and serviceminded! Nice little swimmingpool and a really good restaurant.

There was a dubble booking, due to the system and the new ownership. We had booked a bigger bungalow, but got a small one. The owners gave us compensation for it, and we enjoyed our stay! They are fixing stuff att the resort and the next thing would be a new bed in bungalow nr1.

The location is great, very nice pool. Rooms are just big enough to spend a week. The staf and owner are super friendly. Breakfast has a good choice, everything is possible. Great ‘paradise’ kind of beach in walking distance. Love to come back next time.

In the advert is says ‘private pool’ but the pool is private for all guests, you don’t have a pool for yourself.

On the main street of town, but mainly quiet enough. A nice local restaurant across the road and within walking distance to Kae Bai. Bungalows were clean with a fridge and air-con and a little balcony. I was there during the height of low season, so it was as quiet as expected so it is hard to gauge what the vibe will be like. Pool wasn't in action at the time either. The two new owners were kind and friendly -- will put your sport of choice on big screen. Free water refills which I find personally find as a big plus -- saving plastic.

Didn’t have the breakfast, the location was good. The new owner Bernie has not been there long and has already modernised the pool area. Bernie and girlfriend are very good hosts. Staff always cleaning

Some off the older chalets have steep steps to the shower area beware if you are older.

Great value for price. You have access to many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Its not the most magnificent resort, but at this price range its one of the best choices on the island, its clean, and well maintaned. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfasts at the restaurants are very nice

Loved my 5 nights here. Cute little bungalow, nice swimming pool area, lush garden and really good food in the restaurant. Everything you need within walking distance and a nice little semi quiet area of the island.

The bungalows are located in a charming and quiet garden that's a nice oasis to contrast the busy street outside. The location is brilliant. A short walk to the restaurant strip of Kai Bae or the beach. There's virtually no traffic noise. The bungalows themselves are super comfortable. It was my second time at jungle view. Hopefully will be there again soon.

A lovely stay at the Jungle View Resort! The area is so quiet and peaceful. Lots of space inside the bungalow. The pool is a great spot for stargazing too. Check in was easy, and right away the manager gave lots of advice and suggestions. He had lots of connections with other operators on the island, so he helped me with motorbike rentals and booking tours and tickets during my stay, which was so convenient! Location is perfect. Across the road and a few minutes walk away, you'll reach the beach. Easy to get around on foot or by motorbike. I would stay here again whenever I return to Koh Chang :)

The wifi would cut out sometimes. However, if you have a local SIM card with a data plan, you'll have no problem using data as a backup.

It was value for money. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The aircon was working fine. The shower was fine. I liked that the room had flyscreens all around to stop mosquitos, even on the bathroom windows. I did not try the pool but it looked clean. The onsite restaurant only opens for breakfast and only after 9am.

It's very difficult to find a breakfast in walking distance before 9am. I didn't find any breakfast.
