This place is really amazing. We got upgraded to the villa since there was a construction right next door to the sea-view rooms. The villa itself is outstanding. Even though there a partially no real windows there were not bugs or mosquitos in the room. Same goes for the bathroom - totally manageable. The breakfast is also quite nice, especially because the menu changes every day. There is no real beach right in front of the hotel but if you walk just next door (to the right) you get a perfectly swimmable beach. Check the tides though, Koh Chang is different than Phuket or Krabi, at low tide you can't really swim because there is simply no water.

The music from the bar IS very irritating sometimes. I don't understand why there needs to be a beat will full sub-bass under 60 hz from noon blasting from all speakers onto the pool. At night it gets even worse. They have a walk-in bar till midnight going so if you're in the villas (with no glass windows) you'll fell the bass throughout. I complained a few times, even going to the bar personally and make them switch off the music after 11 PM. Surprisingly there was not a single customer, just the staff enjoying themselves. This definitely needs to be changed: Either you're a 5-star resort where people come to relax - or a club. You can't be both. I still loved the whole place - very nice in style.

Excellent hotel with incredible facilities - gym, pool, beach. Breakfast is amazing with enormous selection of very good food. Dinner menu is also high quality.

The music that plays across the pool, restaurant and beach is awful. The bass is turned up, it comes on at midday and the staff are not allowed to turn it down. The vibe is obviously beach club but there is no need for the peace and beauty of the place to be spoiled by such loud and intrusive music. Spoilt our stay. Please tell the owner who thinks the music is great that it is not! Also WiFi not great.

The hotel is recently refurbished and is beautifully done. The rooms were immaculate and the whole resort had a very natural, earthy vibe. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and waiters coming round at intervals with samples Of Thai food and drink to taste, the same happened in the pool beach area throughout the day. The pool is huge and can easily accommodate kids and adults without getting in each other's way. Although we didn't use it the pottery painting was an excellent resource for the kids. The gym is a good size with good equipment.

The hotel is only just open so there are some teething points they are working through. While it sounds trivial they definitely need another coffee machine in the breakfast area. The staff team round the beach bar also need to gel and get more efficient. But these are things which I am sure will come with time. All staff were friendly and more than willing to help.

The resort is brand new, and everything from the facilities to the amenities reflects an original, rustic design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Our villa was immaculate, tastefully decorated with hand made furnishings, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the room design was particularly commendable, making it a lovely place to unwind. The variety of food options available at breakfast was impressive and catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was excellent.

Since the hotel has just opened, some areas are still under construction. However, we found that this did not affect our stay in the slightest. The management seems committed to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience despite the minor ongoing works. While the staff was friendly and eager to assist, it was evident that some members still require additional training. Their enthusiasm was clear, but there were moments of uncertainty that could have been smoothed out with a bit more experience.

The hotel is newly renovated with spacious room with comfortable bed. We stayed in the pool access room. Design and concept is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location cannot be better with sunset view and access to nearby beaches is easy.

Food in the beach front restaurant can be better. Menu selection is great but the taste especially Thai menu has to improve. Although we enjoyed our holiday at the hotel a lot, there are little things making it difficult to rate the stay 10 for a 5-star hotel. For example, the first room we were given has bad smell and ventilation noise from the kitchen all the time. The room we stayed has bad smell from the pipe (but was ok for us to stay). Staff is friendly and helpful but it looks like many of them are trainees (especially in the beach restaurant) and not quite sure what to do in many situations.

the property had been recently refurbished and although there was still a little work ongoing it seemed respectful of guests and minimal disruption. it’s clear a lot of effort has gone into finishes and experience, it felt a beautiful standard- high end rustic is my take. The rooms and facilities were luxury and high end with a lot of attention to detail. staff were extremely professional, always active and there was a lot of little touches that made it special, like offering round little free refreshments and delicacies throughout the day at the pool. Location was perfect in terms of quiet and close to amenities and other busy hubs to experience but felt the balance was just right. It’s clear they have a high standard and I will definitely return.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It was newly opened when we visited and the whole place was immaculate. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The pool area is stunning with very comfortable sun loungers. all the staff were very pleasant and polite. Breakfast set up was very impressive with an excellent selection of options and it was well staffed. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

Nice location. Great swimming pool, comfy sun beds. The room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaned daily and replaced towels. Replenished water, coffee etc. Lovely staff, especially in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A big thank you to Ankit in the restaurant who was really helpful and friendly. Great for families, the staff made a real effort with the children.

Still building work going on. When it’s finished it should be an amazing resort. I think the reception staff should have offered us a welcome drink after the long journey but there was just a cold water cooler to help yourself to. The music around the pool and restaurant was far too loud you couldn’t get away from it.

The hotel is absolute heaven. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and every detail is great. The breakfast had a great selection and the other dining and drink options throughout the hotel were spot on. We had a pool access room and glad we upgraded to this. It was nice for a dip in the morning and at night. I have probably forgetting everything I want to say but 100/10.

The waiting time for food and beverages in the restaurant was too long. Especially the waiting time for drinks. Also the clearing after service at the pool area was to long - it was not cleaned before we left the sun beds. Everything Else was brilliant!
