Since we arrived, our first impression was the staffs. They were very helpful and genuinely friendly. The room we had was quite spacious and clean. The bed was large and very comfy. However, the blanket was a little thin and small for two people. The beach restaurant was very nice. There's a fire show every night. My 3 years old nephew really enjoyed it. The staffs at the beach restaurant were very friendly and super attentive. The pool was big. We really had fun there. Extra bonus for having a couple lifeguards there to lookout for everyone's safety. Breakfast was very nice. So many choices.

The bed was large and very comfy. However, the blanket was a little thin and small for two people. I had to ask for an extra blanket for the second and third night. Which it as also fine. The front beach is a little rocky. Not so safe to go in the water.

Perfect hotel and destination for a relaxing a family. We got a cottage which was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a seller for us allowing our son to burn off plenty of energy and us the ability to sit and watch if we wanted or to join in. Breakfast had many great options and catered for everyone. Happy hour poolside was a hit with two for one deals. We all enjoyed the fire show each night which was interactive as well. All of the staff were wonderful and welcoming always saying hello and smiling. We would definitely come back here and spend more time.

The sun beds were black and if you weren’t careful you would burn yourself on them. It was a first in best dressed situation with getting a day bed by the pool and anytime after 10-11 you’d miss out.

Was far above expectations. Rooms were large and comfortable. Property was well-maintained. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent and included a large variety of both Thai and Western foods. Very fun water slides at the pool. Although there was not a natural sand area at the beach, the water was incredible. Crystal clear and you could go out so far without it getting deep. Very safe for kids! The water was like a huge swimming pool!

I was surprised that there was not a typical beach (with sand leading up to the water, seashells, etc.). After the initial disappointment, my opinion changed as our portion of the water was FAR better than the nearby beach! If you want to get IN the water, this place is great!

The hotel is very suitable for families, especially children, because there are many attractions to keep children entertained. Instead for adults it is a very relaxing place having the Spa and with different delicacies of choice on food and drinks. You are welcomed by the staff with kindness and professionalism from the beginning to the end of your stay at the hotel. One thing I really liked from the staff was the immediate help towards my son because he felt ill from the beginning of his stay for three days. It was a fundamental help, because not knowing how to proceed, they helped me with everything, especially I thank one of them at the Reception with my heart.

Breakfast is very good and offers a broad range from local and international alternatives. The room was good and always clean. The watersides were the main reason for our choice and still fully usable, but the tower is aging (rust) and same for some sunbeds. Personell is super friendly and fast.

Prices in the restaurant and at the bar are too high compared to other (better) restaurants at the beach.

The room was modern and super nice with a great balcony to chill out on and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was great with plenty of different food to choose from. Thai food, omelettes, fried egg, waffles, bread, yogurt… The only things we were missing, which was served at other hotels, was vegetables. Most days there were only salad. We really missed the shredded carrots and cabbage and the super tasty Thai cucumbers! The splash pool was great and the slides were surprisingly fast and funny.

We missed having a more relaxed pool. There should have been more sun beds and parasols by the beach. The location wasn’t so good unless you just want to stay by the hotel. There are just a few shops and restaurants nearby and no street food. The smell in the room on the bottom floor.

Great hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. As soon as you check in you get to the caring staff, I especially want to note the cool lifeguards in the pool, my children are delighted with them! A good restaurant at the hotel and a quiet long beach. Next time when we come, we’ll definitely choose this hotel. Our family is very grateful for the amazing vacation at the Splash Hotel!

So this is paradise if you are a kid who loves waterslides. Our families who have children that does. If I did not have children who loved this, I would definitely stay another place. But I do! And in that aspect this hotel was super. Breakfast good but HORRIBLE coffee! Like undrinkable...

This resort transformed our visit to Koh Chang during the Green, low season when the weather might have spoilt our trip, however the comfort of the accommodation, the great fun of the pool facilities, and the lovely helpful staff turned it around. Our kids loved the pool and so the cloudy skies didn’t matter! Right next to nice cafe, mini convenience store etc so an easy stay.
