It's so close to the beach - you can live in a 500m bubble with great food, stores and bars. The beach and water are very clean. I didn't want to leave.

I would have loved a kettle in my villa.

Close to the beach with a nice patio area for relaxing. Air con worked well and the bed was comfy! Close to some of the great bars and restaurants in the area. Big, spacious rooms.

A bit dated and there was a fair amount of rubbish around. Fixing the rubbish would improve the feel of the place a lot!!

Helpful and friendly staff. Beach and restaurant nearby. The sounds of the sea could be heard in the bungalow, calming the mind. The beach deepens quite quickly. The yard was kept clean every day. If you want the room cleaned, it's worth hanging a sign on the door in the morning. water and a roll of toilet paper every day a plus, even if I didn't want cleaning.

Adjusting the air conditioning was a bit of a challenge because the device is located opposite the bed. Bed was little bit hard.

The bungalow Wes fantastic, large, clean with a sea view. The staff are just brilliant... Anything we needed or and help with anything they were there & got things sorted for us. The restaurant was really good with lovely cocktails, their entertainment was also really great...Stunning beach, clear sea, it's a definite return for us in the future.. The sunset is stunning too.

A kettle in the rooms would be good... We did ask for 1 & they gave it to us for the duration of our stay. There is nothing we didn't like there. It's great.

The staff were lovely and the girls on reception beautiful and smiley. 😊 We had a free upgrade due to husband’s medical condition so we were delighted with our deluxe bungalow. This was very spacious but lacked storage. We could see the sea from our terrace and it was the shortest walk to the beachfront restaurant and bar. The cocktails did not disappoint and were the first since arriving in Thailand 12 days prior where I could actually taste the alcohol 😅 You could sit in a cabana with a glass of something cold in your hand and watch the beautiful sunsets each evening.

Litter (although I blame tourists for this and not the resort staff). My husband and I constantly brought plastic bottles from the surrounding grounds but there was other debris which should be addressed. Some money needs injecting into updating and maintenance. This would bring in more revenue next year as people would be happy to pay a higher price for such a lovely resort. However, I do realise businesses are trying to recover after covid…

Great location to town but needed a bike or taxi, beautiful sea front view. Quiet location. Staff couldn’t do enough for you they were great and friendly

Nothing really, it wasn’t great quality but everything worked so can’t fault it. We stayed for new years and it was incredible, restaurant on the beach and fireworks were amazing. We had to pay in cash because their contact less was not working

after reading many bad reviews we were a little concerned, but when we arrived the reviews turned out not to be true at all! we were upgraded to a bigger room, staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was clean and directly by the (chilled and quiet) beach! it couldn't have been better, seeing we paid such little money! it also looked like they redid many of the little huts recently and there are many good beach restaurants close by, as well as very good breakfast options along the street! we loved the place and can only recommend it!

breakfast was a la card, wich is not a minus obviously ;) but a little tricky as we we were 2 adults + a toddler (and they only gave us two breakfasts), but we found other very good spots along the street.

Amazing location right off the beach, nice comfortable accommodation nothing fancy but great for the price. They also had a spare family suite available for the time we had booked so upgraded us free of charge, staff were also super helpful and lovely.

There were some ants in the room not really an issue though

Great restaurant on the beach with fire show and friendly staff. We were upgraded rooms for free which was nice of them, fresh water and extra toilet paper left for us everyday which is great. Air con works very well in the room, would definitely come back. We also rented a scooter from them for 2 days which was nice and easy!

Lots and lots of mosquitoes in the room when we arrived, but went to the shop and got bug spray so wasn’t an issue after that.
