Great location right on the beach. The breakfast is a fantastic value for the price. There are good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the facilities well kept. We opted for a private villa with plunge pool which we enjoyed but I would maybe go for one of the swim up options next time.

Other guests at the resort made a habit of "claiming" beachfront chairs and nests the night before and keeping them all day long, even when they left the property for hours on end. It's a greedy mentality I don't understand. That's not the property's fault, but they have no system to prevent this bad behavior. Also, for the price I don't think it's that spectacular. We stayed at another resort further south that was a third of the price and really not so different.

We were so sad to leave this place. Being low season, the price point was awesome and was a great experience. The photos are actually what you get. The pool is chlorinated, there are many pools to choose from. Would highly recommend the bungalows as it’s away from the hotel area and much quieter. Continental breaky was great - cereals, toast, yoghurt, selection of fruits, juices, coffee.

The drain smelled in our room. Other people have commented on this in the review. You notice this after the door has been shut to the bathroom and opened after half an hour - maybe something the cleaners don’t pick up because of that. Unsure if the property is paying attention to this?

The staff was overly friendly. My personal highlight was the breakfast guy always dressing up in onesies. Beach is the backyard with loads of different venues to eat, drink or whatever

Breakfast is always the same routine, but just went next door on beach to have variety. Seaview "Couches" would always be reserved by guests with towel around 6:30/7:00am and then go breakfast or back to bed so no chances of getting on of these all day. Hotel should look after this as it‘s absolutely not fair

This is a fabulous resort in Koh Lanta. It's located right on a gorgeous beach. The swimming pools are very clean. The rooms in the hotel were very spacious and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was a great place to totally switch off and relax!!

The food in the restaurant is reasonably priced but very average. We chose to eat out all the time as a result. If you want to leave the resort you will need to hire a bike/car or use taxis to go places as there are very few restaurants/cafes/shops near the hotel within walking distance.

Location and outdoor area were great. Staff, breakfast offer and lunch menus were very good. Some parts of the hotel are a bit dated. However if you want to stay here it’s highly recommend to look for a villa at the beach or even just a normal pool access room as those are really beautiful.

We had booked a family plunge pool room, which was kind of useless as the room was on the 1st floor. The balcony had been transformed into a small pool, which actually was not possible to use as the water was very cold. On top the pool had no space left around to sit so the whole balcony was just water and the room had no outside area apart from the pool itself. Family plunge pool room had the double bed on the opposite side of the room with no window. .

The location is lovely, the hotel grounds go down to the sea and there are several swimming pools. Some of the ground floor rooms have direct access to pools.My room was huge with a king size bed, separate lounge area with additional small bed and a balcony overlooking a pool and your own plunge pool on the balcony. The hotel breakfast has a good choice and the staff are lovely. Would not hesitate to come here again, it was superb value for money.

The only fault I could find was that the hot water in my shower was never hot. I didn't report it as I wanted a cool shower anyway.

It was a wonderful place. The location of this hotel is great. At the beach, with many good bars and restaurants next to the hotel and also many amenities. On the main road you can also find everything you need: motorbikes rental, excellent restaurants, massage, weed and mushrooms, laundry, muya thai, etc. The staff was also excellent. Everyone polite, kind, helpful. A great hospitality. Prices at the hotel are like local, so no need to pay attention to the prices. There is also a taxi station at the entrance so it is like: uber on demand at any time. You go out and taxi is waiting for you. The rooms are big and bed is very big. Bathroom is also big. A very nice accommodation

Beautiful grounds and beach but the best thing about this place is its staff. Such kind and lovely people working there, all doing their best to provide a memorable vacation and all so genuine and nice, willing to help all of the time. Thank you all!! Also, the breakfast is fantastic, lots of good options that change daily. Rooms are super spacious, ac works very well.

The pools are underwhelming and lack atmosphere. They don’t get much sun so the water is cold. They re mostly empty - I don’t recommend spending more on pool access rooms like we did. The beds are rock hard, a little hard to sleep on. The restaurant was also not great, the food was costly and not the best.

The staff are incredibly professional and attentive. The manager is hands-on and created a fun yet relaxed atmosphere for all ages and families. The Breakfast was delicious and had an incredible variety of cuisines. The location was perfect with various seating and lounge options on the beach under shady trees over looking the west coast. Next door is the best coffee on Koh Lanta and nearby are many beachfront restaurants. There were 3 special dinner nights with different entertainment on offer and the staff were more than happy for us to drop in for either the full evening or just after dinner drinks &/or dessert. I couldn't praise the manager and staff more highly!

The room configuration was interesting for a family of 4 - 2 single beds had the balcony plunge pool and window outlook while the queen/king bed was in a windowless room. There were no other areas for sitting. Otherwise, it was clean and ok and we didn't spend a lot of time in there anyway.

Lovely resort with seats and shade (provided by trees) by the beach. We stayed on the ground floor with open access to the pool which is great with the children. There’s 2 rooms, so living space for us to hang out when children are asleep. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Staff were also super helpful, particularly the staff member (Merry) who organised for Yawee to deliver us lunch on our day of departure. Thank you! The beach was also lovely with restaurants close by. Would highly recommend. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street if you’re not getting a taxi/Tuk tuk. But it is only 10mins from Mr Pad Thai’s truck!

The air con in the room blew over the bed so not great for young children, but you can turn it down
