Absolutely amazing staff, the resort is really family friendly. Management and cleaning team were always so understanding and tried to help and accommodate us. You can get everything organised at the reception - taxi, laundry, trips etc. The breakfast buffet is quite basic but plenty of food. Very nice playground for children and access to nice beach. Teh resort is walking distance to 7/11 and other shops also plenty of restaurants around.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The location was amazing, right on the beach. Facilities, bedding, a/c were very comfortable - had good night sleeps each night.

Bathroom lighting could have been better (it was hard to get a good look in the vanity mirror!) and the water in the shower didn't drain properly. This wasn't problematic as we weren't staying too long, but if both were improved I'd give it a 5 star review!

I stayed here with my brother. We really liked the location of this hotel with it being on the beach which, for us, was perfect. The restaurant at the hotel is OK but there are numerous options available to you that are all just a short stroll away. The staff were very helpful. This place seems to be very popular with families given the number of kids there which was not a problem for us

Nothing really. I found the breakfast to be just OK. Offering only instant coffee at breakfast just didn't cut it.

Nice size room. Clean. Good breakfast at hotel restaurant with beach view. Resort is right on the beach. Friendly staff. Massage by the ladies by the pool was good. This resort attracts families with young children so is suited for families with a pool and playhouse area for the kids.

Could do with cushions on the outside terrace seating area of the rooms to make them more comfy. Many mosquitoes on room terrace but it's to be expected when outside!

Excellent for families, we did not feel the need to go out which is such a great feeling when you have young children and you just need to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having breakfast by the beach every day is unbeatable, their coconut waffles are just amazing and the lady who prepare them is really kind. We spent one month, initially by the garden which we loved and then we moved upstairs which was nice to have more privacy.

There is a stream of waste water which goes to the ocean right behind the resort, it can be seen and smelled, specially from the second floor, we stopped swiming in the ocean due to this health concern. Food portions for dinner were quite small for the price and we barely had lunch or dinner at the place.

The place is just perfect for families! The staff is super nice, the beach is just one minute from your room, the breakfast is great and the pool is nice and calm. They even have toys and a wooden house for the kids to climb and play in. They supply mineral water everyday and beach towels whenever you need. We loved it so much that we end up staying a whole month.

It was a truly brilliant ‘family’ holiday. The staff were second to none…amazing, nothing was too much bother, smiles all round. The location was so easy and relaxed to walk along the beautiful beach or a dip in the pool or stroll along the restaurants. Everything you would want for a chilled relaxed stay.

There are a lot of kids here, which isn’t really a bad thing but I would even recommend it unless you have a young family and want to mingle with others. The rooms are a bit basic but this didn’t bother us. Fine for a few nights, cleaned everyday.

Location was excellent near the beach. Breakfast was quite basic. Eggs in different forms and multiple fruits with white bread. Facilities was clean and good. This resort has lots of families with little children. Massage studio at the hotel area. Not so far from Saladan to have dinner and shopping. We had unplanned change in middle of our reservation and the hotel stuff handled it very good

Beds was outdated and pretty firm. Pool area was very humble. Not sure how often the water was changed or cleaned.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Banana. Everyone was so friendly and up on their feet to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our daughter especially enjoyed all the toys, the pool and lots of mates to play with. We prolonged our stay due to its ideal conditions for families. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and Init who helped us change our dates and was wonderful about it.

There is loud music at night from the bar next door. It was okay for us as you couldn’t hear much from inside the bungalows but to some it might be too loud.

I love this property as it’s really great for children, very safe shallow waters on the beach and lots of children for them to play with, also there’s lots of toys available for the children. If you have a family this is the place for you.

The breakfast can be a bit the same, a bit of everything though is available, I would have liked to have seen some Asian options fried rice/noodle dishes available. Our room was on the river side of the resort, which made for a lot of mosquitos when sat outside, we bought a mosquito incense locally to help combat this.
